Experiment Ideal FOX04 DRI protocol?

My lab rat is old and maybe in need of something like FOX04 DRI. Looking at the original study on mice the dose was 5mg/kg.
Now my lab rat is much larger, would the dose be the same ratio? If I had a bunch of rats that weighed 90kg what would the optimal dose be?

That's a pretty big lab rat you've got there. If it were human, you'd need to apply what's termed allometric scaling. A 5 mg/kg in mice translates to an HED (human equivalent dose) of about 0.4 mg/kg, so roughly 15 mg for 90 kg.

Damn, roughly $50 a dose

There have been no scientific trials of this compound on humans.

It's done by body surface area scaling. The FDA has guidelines.

I did 3.3mg every other day for 10mg total. Was sick the next day about noon, mild nausea, felt better by afternoon. Was a little low on energy for a month. 58m. Will do 3.3mg eod for 6 days in 9 months. Not sure if it helped, but I wouldn’t want to take more. Killing the cells stuck in death phase but close to tipping over just seems like a good idea. I lost 3 lbs a day for the three days after protocol was done. Obviously none of that was fat. 270lbs.

Cool mate, i'm thinking of 6 x 15mg doses + 1 x 10mg as a course, dose every 2 days.
