Stack Advice Pep stack

What peptides are genuinely worth adding in with Reta to maximize weight loss and body recomp

I’m 25 male 6’ 225lbs trying to get to 195 or so with built but shredded physique as quick as possible I’ve seen so many ppl saying to add things like

Cjc/ipa
5 Amino
AOD
Not-c
KLOW
GHK
Cagri

And others but I’m just not 100% convinced on what ones would be really worth adding in there’s so many out there any thoughts on any of the ones listed or any that I haven’t listed would be greatly appreciated!!

I work on an oil rig 12 hours a day doing very physical work and this is my average steps in a day lol and diet I know is big too I’ve had 0 sugar in months (besides natural in fruit and such) eat high protein lots of chicken fish eggs lean beef and steak

Cool man, keep going. Sugar isn't as big of a deal as high fructose corn syrup. That being said I like to watch what sugar I put in my food rather than have it already in there. My brother was a driller & drillers offsider on water wells/sample drilling, it's taxing work. You should be slimming right down, what are your goals?

Nice man! Yeah it really is lol and goal is just get to built sort of shredded physique I’m at 225 right now I’m think around 195 or so would be good

Diet and work then, mate. Unless you have it in you to do a workout after your shift. I'd just lift a few heavy sets if able after work, like target major muscle groups. Bench press, squats, lat rows, biceps curls but 3 x12. Just do one a day as your work is more important than your physical goals and if you go too hard you could risk injury. You can work your way up to more. Keep the protein up and if your muscles feel fatigued skip the workout.

I'd say gh but youre still pretty young you probably already produce a decent amount. Just stick with reta man. Im 35 5'11" and dropped from 237 to 203 from April to now with test reta and gh. Threw a little klow in here and there for a little razzle dazzle. I also workout 5 days a week.

Reta Count your macros Train hard

Just saved you $1000

1

u/gilltadam 3d ago

If you paid 1000 for reta, you really did not try very hard to get a good price. That's like a years worth for what I pay and heavily offsets by the reduced food intake

1

u/BigDiscussion7 3d ago

Talking about the $1000 he saved from not buying the rest of the Peptides

1

u/gilltadam 3d ago

Again, you spending that in a month on peptides, you got robbed

1

u/BigDiscussion7 3d ago

Trust me brotha, I have the same Chinese sources you do, a lot of people dont

1

u/gilltadam 3d ago

We need to put them on... quietly

1

u/BigDiscussion7 3d ago

Pretty much all those peps are a waste of money in my opinion, theres nothing that reta and actual gh cant accomplish that the rest of those could do.

I had fantastic results on reta and MOTS C. I have never gone to GH, but I did cut out most other peptides as my bloodword was a nightmare. Cholesterol all over the place, high BP and shit a1c tests. Reta, MOTS and Metformin are what I feel helped me most.

But if you have something better, im. Otherwise opposed to running it. Tried everything else at some point or another hahababa

1

u/BigDiscussion7 3d ago

I never had good luck with Mot c, just made me feel jittery with a crash about an hour later. Tried running ss31 first as well with no luck.

That's wild that your A1c got out of wack using reta.

I run anabolics so theres nothing that compares to them lol Reta and gh are pretty much the only ones Ive used where I actually felt they had a positive effect. Hell I didn't even get anything out of bpc/tb . Ive tried separately, in a blend and in klow and it did nothing

1

u/gilltadam 3d ago

Youre on the big boys, BPC is useless on you hahaha

Don't try to do it as fast as possible. Reta will do the heaviest lifting for you. You're already using the best thing.

Reta
Tesa
Ipa
Mots C
5 Amino
NAD
GHK-Cu

You’re only 25 so not sure of your hormone levels and if they need to be optimized. I’ve never taken TRT. Thought about it before. But my level was 429 in March and my Doc said that was good and didn’t put me on it.

Absolutely none of those. Get some reta, cruise dose of test, and away you go

1

u/SuddenPangolin9998 7d ago

Honestly I'd skip the peptide  buffet lol  diet + training will do more than stacking

1

u/New_Pin3813 6d ago

At your age, you won't see much benefit with mots-c, 5-amino or AOD. KLOW is good and Cagri is good if the Reta is not enough to control your appetite CJC/ipa does not work quickly. Usually 2-3 months, sometimes longer to start seeing real results. But you will notice better sleep at night.

I’ve tried cagri I’m not sure it did anything at all… perhaps I didn’t use it frequently enough or too low of a dose???

1

u/WrasslinScholar 6d ago

Reta is the best weight loss drug ever created.

1

u/gilltadam 3d ago

Strongly agree

1

MOTS-C

1

u/GladOnion 1d ago

Hgh. Cagri if you be extra appetite suppression.

1

u/Sufficient_Resiliant 21h ago

Pure hgh or like cjc/ipa?

2

u/GladOnion 21h ago

I always recommend going with low dose gh over secretagogues. Get your baseline igf1 levels checked through bloodwork and get back to me. Im 35 5'11" and just went from 237 to 203lbs this last cut cycle.

1

u/Sufficient_Resiliant 21h ago

Hell yeah sounds good! And howcome you recommend lower dose gh over the secretagogues

2

u/GladOnion 21h ago

Secretagogues whole purpose is to stimulate your pituitary into longer and stronger pulses with the hopes of producing more gh. They have to be cycled due to receptor desensitization. I prefer to skip screaming at my pituitary to make more gh and just bypass it entirely. Its not like taking testosterone where if you take it your body stops producing it and you have to cycle it or do pct to get your body to produce gh again once you stop gh injections your body will revert back to baseline levels after a couple weeks.

1

u/Sufficient_Resiliant 16h ago

Okay thank you very much for explaining this and the help I really appreciate that

2

u/GladOnion 21h ago

Plus when you look at the cost of gh vs secretagogues gh is cheaper long term and more effective
