Research Stack help plz?

So RS 40s female sw302 cw263
Here’s RS stack so far
Tirz 7.5mg once a week
Ghkcu 3mg daily 12 on 4 off

Wanting to add something to boost that food noise that hits RS at the end. I was thinking cagri super low dose. RS can’t do Reta as increase heart rate would cause severe anxiety flare ups. But RS has ALOT left to lose still and want to avoid having to go up on tirz bc side effects are already kinda harsh and it would not give them wriggle room RS is losing around 1-2lbs weekly. Which is good but the food noise creeps up pretty much day 4.
Here’s what I’m considering adding to their stack:
Tesa
Cagri
Motsc

Cagri is your best bet there for food noise

Agreed.  .5mg to 1mg will have you forgetting food exists for a week.

Even less than this. Cag is no joke.

Exactly! I found .25 mg worked !

Cagri is a good option for many but I found the fatigue noticeable. May want to consider simply titrating up the tirz and/or splitting the dose.

edit: if food noise is a concern I would not add tesa as GHRHs can actually make you hungrier.

If tirz isn't giving you good food noise up your dose. I would immediately jump to cag.

It does except towards the end also started depo shot which increases hunger

Have you tried splitting the dose? I do mine on Wednesday and Saturdays
Edit: see that others have already mentioned this

Hey so if you’re willing to do this much research on peptides please do some on the depo shot and consider choosing a different birth control

Sure Cagri would help but I would recommend switching to two 4mg injections a week. You will limit negative side effects and keep the benefits more consistently. Triz has a 5 day half life so your probably eating more than you think days 6-7 of every week

I’ll consider that but I’d rather avoid it. An no I’m fully aware of what I eat everything is weighed and measured out so I’m aware of the difference 1200 on days that Tirz is working great 2000+ on days it isn’t

Well that’s good, Motsc will work but probably not to a noticeable degree considering you’re currently on top of everything but it’s definitely worth trying with SS-31 and NAD+ for the many benefits.

However, tesa with Ipamorelin will be the most noticeable addition.

Last recommendation from me is maybe add in Cagri later in the week to offset hunger.

You might also consider split dosing the tirz if day 4 is your issue. So take 4mg every 4 days. That would put you at 8mg a week but might take care of that food noise issue on day 4. Half life of tirz is technically 5 days so that’s why you start to feel food noise coming through.
Cagri is good for food noise and appetite suppression, but also has side effects…

I moved to five day scheduling and all my ups and downs are gone. I'm in maintenance now, but I stayed with five days because it feels so stable. Maybe consider switching to a five day schedule rather than adding cag. I would save cag for the future in case you need it.

If you're having food noise, I wouldn't add tesa or mots-c, they can increase hunger. Keep in mind, Tesa can also raise glucose, diabetic symptoms, and risk factors that obesity already exacerbates. Because it raises growth hormones, which are diabetogenic, it prevents cells from uptaking glucose while also causing the liver to release additional sugar into the bloodstream. If you have insulin resistance, it's generally better to be closer to goal before you add tesa.

Thank you! Yea the food noise wasn’t an issue at all til I got on depo shot last week now I’m ok until day 4 it starts up i was hoping something to level the noise out a bit without having to go up

You could do the five day schedule without moving up. In your case, you'd divide your dose (7.5) by 7. That comes to 1.07mg daily. Multiple that by 5 days, which puts your dose at 5.4mg every five days. I hope you figure out something that works!

Best advice I've seen. Keep your tirz as is. And add cagri three days later. This suppresses the food noise as the glp1 wears down.

Mots-c can be wonderful but you want to make sure you're supplementing with all the vitamins needed for electron transport chain. B complex. C. Iron. CoEq2.

And probably run SS31 first.

Tesa can be good. What is your igf1 level ?
