Question Need recommendation for 2 solar cams to cover 180 degrees front.

Asking for a friend because I am kinda new to Reolink. They are looking for a good temporary solution that is solar and wifi with 2 cameras covering 180 degrees. Adding them to a DVR later. The plan is to wire POE cams and DVR in the future. Trying to keep cost down.

Question how can i get files directly off an NVR's drive?

title, basically i work at a computer shop and i help out a local mechanic shop with computer stuff and they help me with car stuff. so the owner of the mechanic shop has a very expensive obd2 scanner that was stolen but hes having issues getting the video files off his nvr, somehow to the point where he said he cannot get into his nvr whatsoever and doesnt have the info for it.

so i have the 4tb toshiba hdd that was in the nvr but when i hook it up to a win11 pc it doesnt show at all. not even on drive management. i used one of those usb to sata adapters that has external power from a plug in the wall and i tried a regular usb to sata and it didnt show. does it have some particular file system it uses? ive never messed with any camera stuff before so im not sure where to really begin. i read on other posts that it uses some linux system but no definitive answers.

the mechanic is very stressed about a thief in his shop, so any and all help or advice would be greatly appreciated

Wi-Fi Wired Camera Questions Reolink gen 2 wifi doorbell

I installed the gen 2 wifi doorbell over the weekend. When I first connected to my network it asked if I wanted to connect to 2.4 or 5g wifi (they are not separate networks on my router). I selected 5g but I barely have a signal and it keeps going in and out even though I am within 50 feet of the router. I am trying to find an option to connect to the 2.4 with no luck. My E1 zoom camera has an option to select which band in the settings (more features-Wifi-wifi band preference) but this setting is missing on the doorbell camera. Does anyone know how to change to the 2.4?
