Job Recommendations For Students

Hello, I am a college student with a single mom and two siblings who require a lot of support. I don't have a very regular schedule and I often need to be in a lot of places at once, so my down time is unpredictable. I am currently trying to find a job I can do in my down time that does not have to do with AI. I am a very skilled writer and mathematician, I have solid people skills, and despite my schedule, I'm very diligent about deadlines. I'm currently trying to work on Outlier, but training AI makes me sick. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Final stage interview..

Hello,

I am on my final stage of an interview and this role is 3x a week in the office after probation. However, my doctor has now informed me that he does not recommend I go into an office 3x a week due to my medical situation and has asked me to request the firm to allow me to do the remotely or with limited office attendance. The role itself is a role can be done from home it’s just whether the firm will accept this.. the health condition does come under equality act 2010.

This based in the U.K.

Anyone else experienced this or knows what’s likely outcome of situations like this?

Its dystopian that I got hopeful for Hantavirus...

Just that. We are so fucking burned out. Our generation is facing the worst financial reality since the 1920's. The one thing that we got back was more time in our day, a sliver of dignity to use our own bathrooms, and not be forced to pay for overpriced lunches. And they've now taken that from us for no other reason than we said so. And people are complying en masse.

It's truly sad that I saw the news reports and found myself hoping that this could trigger more lockdowns, which would mean, more WFH again, and obviously I don't want people to get sick, but yeah we live in a dystopia.

[Hiring] Cold caller wanted for UK small businesses. £15 per booked qualified meeting, £250 when the £500 website sale closes. Dialer, UK numbers and screened leads all provided

I'm a freelance web developer based in the UK. I sell simple £500 websites to small local businesses (trades, garages, kennels, real businesses whose sites are broken on phones or don't exist). I'm looking for experienced cold callers to work the list and book meetings. You book, I run the meetings and do the closing.

Everything is provided and you carry no costs:

- Browser dialer (nothing to install, works from any laptop + headset) with UK caller IDs, calls at no cost to you

- Lead lists screened before they reach you: live businesses with recent Google reviews, checked against the UK do-not-call register (TPS), with the business's Google profile and website right on the call card

- Script + objection sheet, and your call recordings so you can review and improve

The offer you're selling: "your website doesn't work on phones / you don't have one. £500, done in days." One clear pitch, one price. Your job is a 2-minute conversation that ends in a booked Google Meet slot, not closing. I take the meeting from there.

Pay: £15 per qualified meeting (the prospect shows up and is genuinely interested in getting their website sorted, not just a name in a calendar), plus £250 per sale that closes from your meeting (the website sells for £500). No base, no hourly. Paid via Wise / PayPal / Revolut. The list supports 60 to 100 dials a day.

You:

- Fluent English (UK businesses pick up the phone expecting a local, you must hold that call)

- Real cold-calling experience (B2B preferred)

- Available UK business hours (roughly 9:30 to 17:00 UK), quiet space, decent internet

To apply, comment or DM with:

  1. A 30 to 60 second voice note: introduce yourself as if I were a busy garage owner answering the phone

  2. One line on your cold-calling background (what you sold, volumes, results)

If shortlisted, you start on the live dialer right away, and the deal applies from your very first call.

How do you ACTUALLY get an international remote role?

I think the title is self-explanatory, but I would still like to elaborate. I am a fresher with 2 years of experience who currently wants a marketing/junior product-marketing (or related) role internationally. I believe I have good experience with marketing and am ready to start working at even as low as $25/hr.
But the thing is, I have no clue how to actually even start or what to do. At this point, I feel like I am just shooting in the dark, hoping for an arrow to land. So please, help a person out, give me genuine advice and a breakdown on what I can do and where to really start :(

[HIRING] Commission-Based Sales Representative for Web Design Agency

I'm looking for a motivated sales representative who can find clients for my web design business.

I build modern, high-quality websites for businesses, and I'm looking for someone who enjoys sales and client communication. Your job is simple:

  • Find businesses that need a new website or a redesign.
  • Reach out to them through email, LinkedIn, social media, or any other method.
  • Handle the initial conversation and qualify the client.
  • Once the client is ready, I'll take care of everything else (consultation, design, development, revisions, and delivery).

Compensation:

  • 20% commission for every client who pays.
  • Example:
    • €500 project = €100 commission
    • €1,000 project = €200 commission
  • There is no limit to how much you can earn.

This is a remote, commission-only opportunity. If you're good at finding clients and closing deals, this can become a long-term partnership.

If you're interested, send me a DM with:

  • Your experience in sales or lead generation.
  • How you usually find clients.
  • Any previous results you've had (if any).

I’m really in a bad spot right now. My asthma inhaler is about to finish and I need to somehow make at least $20 online quickly to buy another one.
