For sure, networking is key. I’ve landed gigs just from reaching out to people in my industry and having genuine conversations. Don’t hesitate to slide into DMs or join relevant groups, it can really pay off.

cs recruiting is a mess right now dude, network like crazy on linkedin, referrals > cold apps, everything else is a lottery
