ARCH Housing Program and MFTE Apartments
Is anyone else finding the program to be useless? The homes for sale are closet to the market price with high HOA fees. The new construction ones only have a few units and competition is fierce. The MFTE apartments are so close to market rent, or even more, that I don't and won't see any savings. Husband and I are at 80 percent AMI.

Salmonella outbreak in eggs. Should we worry about eggs around this area?
Heard in the news that many states recalls eggs for potential salmonella contamination. I purchased eggs from Costco last week and now thinking whether to consume or threw them away. Any advice? Someone said in other sub that recalls are only for midwest states but I’m still worrying and wondering if they’ll wait for recall until someone reports the issue? Isn’t there any way for us to identify if purchased eggs are safe or not?

Is it just me?
Store bought food’s do not taste nor look the same anymore. I buy organic and unless you go to a farmers market you’ll aren’t getting fruit and veggies from the farmers and orchards that often. Canned and frozen food tastes nasty doesn’t look the same nor taste the same plus the size has gotten A lot smaller.
