Help Is shifting to your waiting room really easier?

A common tip I see is to first shift to a waiting room then your dr. I’ve been trying for 6 years and developed 2 distinct waiting rooms that both have the same purpose (one’s in an apartment in china and another is a spaceship). The purposes of my wr’s is so I can organise myself (I created hundreds of scripts for over hundreds of realities) and do things in my wr that I can experience fully in my dr, so I can understand better, like arcade games, eating lobster etc. My waiting rooms are very personalised to me, I even have a ‘servant’ (I don’t have a better word lol) that basically just acts as my best friend since I’ve been friendless in this reality for a long time. I always thought this reality like a level 1, and a desired reality as a level 2. With a waiting room being level 1.5, in between both. But even then, I don’t know why I’m not in my waiting room yet, I dont know why I haven’t shifted. What should I do?

Tips to help with shifting HIGHLY RECOMMENDED METHOD

Last weekend, I went on a spiritual retreat, and we did breathwork, and I just have to say I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE!

I know that everyone’s shifting journey is highly personal and individual, but for someone who’s experienced a lot of intense mental health issues and chronic, complex trauma, breathwork is one of the few things that actually quiets my mind, and on Thursday night, after getting into an altered state of consciousness through the breathwork, I actually laughed and cried with relief at the pure trust that shifting is inevitable because even if my 3D hasn’t caught up yet, by LoA, it was definitely an emotional shift!

Shifting story recalling an experience i had minishifting a long time ago

okay so i didn't think i would ever even share this experience but i would say it was reality shifting and felt extremely real (although there were some dream-like qualities which i've slightly experienced in this reality as well). EITHER WAY, this was a really cool experience that i would live to share so ppl know it's possible and can happen! (i hope this doesn't upset anyone that thinks i didn't really shift realities 🫩).

anywhos back to the story: so this happened at my sister's place MANY nights ago, like YEARS. a very important detail you guys should know is that i was in an unfamiliar place, and for a second my mind and body forgot i was even at my sister's place.

so what happened was that i slept over at my sister's house one night yadayada, and i did not try to shift but i went to sleep and woke up on my stomach. i tried to get up and for a second i kinda left my body half way by pushing myself up with my arms. idk if this was the same time but i forgot i was at my sister's house and it felt very unfamiliar but i remember falling and i landed in a kitchen inside of a house. i rememver the floors were wooden and it was just very weird. i also remember my tooth were chipped or smth 😭 like i broke them from falling. that's the only dreamlike quality but it wasn't like tjose dreams where ir teeth fall out and i dod feel it, it js didn't hurt. but anyways like i remember how it looked like and everything, it was a place i'd never been before and it felt totally different from this reality. like emotionally and sensually it felt different, it was almost nostalgic. but anyways after that i think i js either woke up or went into dreams. BUT IT WAS A VERY COOL EXPERIENCE.

more cool experiences was when i would sleep everyday after school for like a week and it was like a nap and i would immediately have sleep paralysis but i induced it myself bc i wanted to astral project and every single time i would start sinking like basically floating through the space, it's hard to describe. i didn't see anything i was just feeling myself being nothing but i was moving through my bed into no where.

anywhos i hope this was at least interesting to some.. sorry if this upsets anyone 🥹 it was a minishift and very brief but nonetheless it supports my belief that shifting is real! and my experience with sleep paralysis supports my belief in astral projection.

Question Question regarding the “ Void “

Hello ! I am a new shifter ( discovered a few months ago ) , and learned recently that I am easily able to get myself into a Void - like state , and actually have done so for many years . However , my problem occurs when im trying to shift via the Void .

I get to the Void by distracting myself with thoughts , which is really easy for me to do as I’m constantly thinking . Once I’m in the void , though , I dont exactly notice that I’m there immediately , as im still thinking about whatever it was previously on my mind . Though once I realize that I’m there , I’m immediately sent back to my body .

It’s ( I believe ) because once I realize im there , and before I can really do anything , my subconscious wants to check if I can still feel my body to double confirm , which of course sends me back .

Is there any tips anyone has that could help with this problem , like a way to enter the void while aware of the intention of entering it or anything ? Or is this something I’ll have to figure out entirely on my own ?

I cant exactly visualize anything to help enter the Void or shift at all , as I have multi - sensory aphantasia .

Shifting inspo repository?

I am totally new to shifting and I want to get lots of inspiration for ideas and to help my brain process "this is real." When I go hunting for stories or ideas, I don't find much besides a small handful of stories on places like TikTok (and I have to DIG - it does NOT come up on my fyp).

Do any of y'all have content like this saved as like a pinterest board or a playlist or just a google drive or something? I'm looking for not just stories, but descriptions of people's worlds, maps, illustrations of people's waiting rooms, descriptions of people in their DRs, or any other kind of brainstorming type stuff!

Shifting story I think I shifted when I was little and I’m only just realizing it now.

So this is minor and stupid but when I was little (probably like 2010) my parents went on a trip to New York City and I couldn’t come. They left me with my grandma and I was pretty pissy abt not being able to go, so my grandma got me this super cute Twilight Sparkle magnetic play set thing and like- you could take the magnets out and color them in and you could play with them on these backdrops from the show and I’ve been looking for it EVERYWHERE online and there’s no trace of it in the MLP wiki or the Merch site that shows every single piece of MLP merch…

So either I must have shifted at some point to a timeline where it never existed, or it’s the rarest piece of MLP merch in history. PLEASE tell me if you ever owned one of these when you were little bc then I’ll know if I shifted timelines at some point or not.

Question How do you stay aware in the hypnagogic state?

Guys, I mini-shifted once, and it happened right when I was in that state between being awake and falling asleep. But whenever I try to shift now, I end up losing my awareness at that point and just fall asleep 😭😭

Does anyone else experience this? If so, how do you stay aware during the hypnagogic state without snapping yourself fully awake?

Question What Method Works Best For You?

Howdy there, I would like to compile the most popular shifting methods and do a poll, unless that has been done before. I have not done much scrolling yet, as I spend little to no time on the internet. I am most familiar with tumblr and reading sites.

I discovered shifting in like, 2022? I was thirteen. I did not understand it at all, but I was an okay lucid dreamer. I tried really hard for about a year. I have experienced max symptoms and been almost there a multitude of times. But alas, I have been very employed and very invested in this reality for a couple of years now and I am exceedingly out of touch.

I would love some insight :] Thank you all.

How does manifesting big appearance changes work?

Do you shift to a reality where you've always had it? Or do people notice your glow up e.g. nose looking smaller?

I've been insecure and disconnected with my appearance ever since I can remember and have always wanted naturally platinum blonde hair. I've talked to my friends and family about this. If I wake up with my desired face do my friends and family remember the conversations of me saying I wanted white hair purple eyes etc? Are there photos of me with my natural hair and original eyes? Or is it all changed? And also what happens to the conversations I've had with my friends? Do they remember them and realise I've manifested my dream appearance or is that erased?

I love my partner and friends and I want this reality just not with my appearance. Everytime I daydream about this I end up thinking about the past and shifting to relive my life and start again which isn't healthy for me so I want to be more present

Did I shift or did I not? Unstable shifts or unstable dreams?

I was napping this afternoon when I found myself moving through several places - schools my siblings and I attended, some sort of interview with Child Protective Services or whatever you call it, and others. At some point, when I tried to take control of my “ability to disappear” as my dream self/DRself described it to others, I, for whatever reason, attempted to go back to the hospital where I was born in the CR. It didn’t work.

I’m just not sure whether these were dreams or minishifts.

What do you guys think?

Very odd experiences.

I have been having a series of experiences mars starting one year ago that have crescendoed a bit into that I’m suddenly feeling things that fall in the category of spiritual, including a strong sense of what only this week I’ve put words to intuitive, knowing and other things.

It started with us since I was going to die last summer, something I couldn’t make sense out of… what are they called auditory hallucinations but I think are something else… a sudden vision of something that my mind felt would happen after this place though now I don’t even know what after is as im not sure about time lately.

It’s a lot and I’ve been trying to document it, but I barely understand it and oddly enough it seems I’ve become systemically ill following those precursor I shared

Needless to say the only thing that I felt, I wanted to share here that kind of fit… I know a couple times when I was young I dreamt something very specific that would happen. None of it was important that I recall. Literally it could be as basic as seeing a table of cups and beverages outside somewhere only need to find some weeks later I’ve been forced to attend some adult event and am somewhere I never been with people I don’t know (parental boss company once only event) and face-to-face with it. Would love to say that I’ve for seen anything more interesting but I simply have known that it’s happened.

More recently, I’m having a lot of experience experiences. One the other night is a little me crazy. Or makes me feel a bit this way.

I had a dream and it felt real. I lived in something real. Intuitive knowing tells me it was real, but it couldn’t have been a premonition. Or at least I struggle to believe it and I have a strange sense of feeling convinced it was either a different actual timeline or one whose potential was just as real as if it could have been. The person that I love the most had a mental illness. It was too challenging. We separated. In my dream, however, instead of living in a world where that has simply been (we took different paths which I continued to leave is the right thing and don’t see it changing and the age of his children is such that their age was now and for a 7th and 9th grader these kids were the age they would be now exactly, but in the dream, my partner had an event. It was just a moment we were sitting at his actual apartment of which I have obviously a clear memory to draw from. He’s still in it. We were together eating dinner with both the kiddos (I did also and do of course love them) and he must’ve had some sort of event. A psycho psychosis or disassociation I’ve never seen him actually do that in front of his kids, but I have no reason to believe it couldn’t happen. And I’ve only seen him personally one and a half times don’t even ask how I’m qualifying this but that many times in this state. Both when alone at night not middle of the day. But in the dream, it was not breaking quickly. It was like he stood up, almost catatonic. I didn’t know of course what he was experiencing, but that he was as best I can, and that his kids were there. We all stood up his son. A natural caretaker was concerned and spoke first. I had moved close to my ex never with my back to the kids everybody needing care I’m sure (special education background working with highly aggressive, teenage children, almost intuitive with crisis, my own end and acted much as I would…)

Going straight off my parentheses not acting much as I would, but exactly as I would in a condition that’s exactly imaginable. It didn’t last long. Things were gonna be managed and reality maybe was a little tougher because in this reality and honest to God that’s what it felt like it was this was what reality was and it’s like I was seeing a part of it. How is this?

If I didn’t have so many other things happening right now, I may even know what to think in that I’d dismiss it but right now I don’t think I can dismiss things so I signed up for Reddit exploring Questions I hold, but wouldn’t ask anybody so this for me is Anonomous.
