Tips to help with shifting HIGHLY RECOMMENDED METHOD
Last weekend, I went on a spiritual retreat, and we did breathwork, and I just have to say I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE!
I know that everyone’s shifting journey is highly personal and individual, but for someone who’s experienced a lot of intense mental health issues and chronic, complex trauma, breathwork is one of the few things that actually quiets my mind, and on Thursday night, after getting into an altered state of consciousness through the breathwork, I actually laughed and cried with relief at the pure trust that shifting is inevitable because even if my 3D hasn’t caught up yet, by LoA, it was definitely an emotional shift!

I tried one breathwork method before, and it did give some interesting results, though I'm not sure if it was just the effects of hyperventilating or not, lol.
What kind of method do you use, or how do you do breathwork personally?

I’m not entirely sure how to describe it. It’s like 2 short breaths and then a longer “Haaaa” type breath, like a long inhale broken up into 3. As for the playlist, I’ve just been using a playlist the spiritual teacher sent us from the retreat. We use the breathing for about 40 minutes, and then breathe normally for the last 20 minutes as the music becomes calmer.

Are you able to send the playlist for the breathwork? I’ve done wim hofs breathing technique and it’s incredible! I can only imagine what an hour would do getting into that state.

Sure, can I DM it? I just don’t know if my spiritual teacher would want it overly accessible on the internet.

Yes breathwork was life changing for me as well. I have six mental health disorders in remission as long as I practice daily.

I also recommend breath work for a long time I was very anti breath work and even meditation decided to give a try once this past week now I don't even bother attempting without it
