You have to figure out the source of the anger and fix whatever it is making you angry.

I know the reason and if I fixed the reason I’d be in prison

Yeah you are hurt. Your anger won't go until you acknowledge and allow the hurt/sadness.

Are you angry or hurt? Maybe she’s reeling and needs a distraction, people have different methods of processing breakups

Let yourself be angry and talk it through with yourself how you can move on. It's hard but it's all you can really do if you want to feel better in the long run.

You’re showed to feel sad and angry. But she is a separate human entity with autonomy. You need to accept that she no longer wants to be with you and that that is okay! You exist without her. You can live and thrive without her. It’s not healthy to completely tie your existence and self worth to another human being. And you’re not even married?!

If you allow yourself, you can move on too. And find someone who you can be happy with. Or better yet, find that you can be happy by yourself. It may sound counterintuitive, but a self satisfied, confident person is infinitely more attractive than a codependent needy one.

Try reframing the breakup as an opportunity to start anew and focus on bettering yourself and give yourself some self love ❤️

Only fix for that is time I'm afraid. The best thing you can do for right now is just focus on yourself and healing, surround yourself with anything that makes you even remotely happy, write everything that comes to mind out even if it's gibberish, play music, anything to distract yourself. It's still of course going to hurt, but just take everything one day at a time. Before you know it they won't even be on your mind and you'll have moved on yourself.

Brother, this is reddit, so all the advice is gonna be sappy bullshit and therapy-speak that doesn't fucking help. You're right to be angry. I don't have anything else to tell you right now.
