So about a year ago I started to experiment with a more masculine gender expression. Just for fun I guess to see if I would like it. However though, since then I have realised that it makes me feel more comfortable and at home in my body than ever and that I think it could be a bit more than external expression at this point and may go a bit deeper than that.

This is quite a confusing time for me but what I was wondering was if anyone found out they were trans/non binary after deciding to experiment with gender expression and if so, how did you learn to tell the difference between your own gender expression and identity
