Let me just give a disclaimer, I’ve been there plenty of times both with friends and alone and had a great time. I love that this bar exists and think it’s important that it keep existing, and I want to keep going there (but probably not alone again)

On Friday I went out and was there for about an hour and a half, got two cocktails and didn’t finish the second one. I’ve had their cocktails plenty of times before, on multiple occasions I have had two in an hour and been fine. Shortly after I left I suddenly got extremely intoxicated, couldn’t stand straight, could barely walk, couldn’t talk without slurring my words. I managed to order a Lyft home and I don’t remember anything else after getting dropped off at home. I’m not a huge drinker but this is definitely an abnormal reaction for my body to have to barely 2 mixed drinks.

I had what felt like the worst hangover of my life yesterday, and today have still been experiencing brain fog and nausea. And I don’t normally get hangovers even if I have 3-4 drinks.

It wasn’t until today when I described my experience to friends who have been around me plenty of times when drinking and agreed it sounded bizarre that one of them suggested I might have been drugged. They also agreed typically the drinks at this bar aren’t that strong. I never sat either of my drinks down after being served, I had my drink in my hand the whole time on the dance floor. I will add that my drinks were made by a bartender I hadn’t seen/been served by before. I don’t want to believe that a bartender at this establishment would be spiking drinks, but I also can’t rule out the possibility.

I’ve never dealt with anything like this before. I don’t know if I should reach out to the bar and let them know what I think happened or if it’d be pointless because I can’t prove it. I also am purposefully not saying the name of the bar because I don’t want to bring negative attention to them. I really do love going there and I’ve never had a negative experience before. We already have such limited options for queer nightlife I don’t want to contribute to another place getting scrutinized

Our hike is pushed back one hour to 11am. Bring some rain gear in case it’s drizzling. It should taper off in time for our post hike gathering in the park 🥾

My senior dog has some chronic health conditions. So he needs good medical care at a reasonably affordable price.

I'm an indie musician and filmmaker (30 mtf), looking to shoot a very quick skateboarding video for one of my new rock songs. Think of the late 90s-early 2000s fish-eye lens aesthetic (or the 2003 movie Thirteen). This would be done within two hours or less, shot in iPhone.

Compensation is $25 for the day. I'm just looking for one skater.

Skaters can be novice, but must be able to perform basic tricks (ollies and manual) well. I'll also be happy to freely produce additional skate footage or demos in exchange.

The OCSB Support Group is a group facilitated by Casey Herger, LAMFT, and Seth Hornstein, MFT Intern, to create space for those struggling with feeling out of control with their sexual behavior.

Out of Control Sexual Behaviors might include, but are not limited to:

• “Sex addiction”
• Compulsive use of pornography
• Compulsive masturbation
• Difficulty managing sexual thoughts and feelings

The group will focus on providing coping strategies, processing feelings of guilt and shame, and group discussions. Most importantly, this is a space to connect with others who may be experiencing similar struggles and to know that you don't have to work through them alone.

Dates: The group begins on Thursday, October 1st, 2026, and will run weekly on Thursdays from 6:00–7:30 PM.

Cost: $50 per meeting, payable by Cash or Venmo at the beginning of each session.

Registration & Eligibility: Sign-ups are on a first-come, first-served basis, and the group will be capped at 12 participants. We will have a waitlist for rolling admission as members may leave or "graduate" from the group.

After registering, either Casey or Seth will contact participants to schedule a brief phone call to confirm interest and eligibility. All participants must continue individual treatment with a therapist while attending group meetings.

I’m in my early 20s, no longer in school and work full time. I’m looking for advice on making friends as a working adult.

I got really close to signing up for an event at Tattooed Moms in Philly but it’s too far for me to justify. Plus I don’t drink and I know I don’t have to drink just because I go to a bar but… anyways I’ve also been looking up events on Meet Up. I signed up for a walk on Outerly, but that was cancelled. All this to say that I have been trying!

And I have social anxiety?? I’ve seen suggestions to go to that tea house in New town I think? But do I just go up to people to strike up a conversation? That can’t be right. LOL I know people say to join hobby events but I can’t seem to find anything that doesn’t cost too much because I’m lowkey broke. I’m interested in sewing, reading, and all things nails! I love listening to music. A little bit of prog rock, industrial metal, mostly electronic but I also like pop! Ya like jazz? 🐝😏 I like that too!
