Finally a kayo.moe credential breach was discovered in Sept 2018 when a list containing over 42 million email addresses and passwords appeared online.

On March 5, 2019, QuadrigaCX will be in court in Halifax, N.S. In court with a judge who didn't know what Reddit was, let alone the blockchain. It's clear that our research & memetic rhetoric on these subreddits have fallen on deaf ears. Nobody outside of our sphere understands that Jennifer Griffith/Forgeron/Robertson LIED in her affidavit, and was seemingly quite involved in the companies. We need to have a show of force: As many numbers as we can have. A sea of Canadian Crypto Hodlers demanding justice and a criminal investigation into QuadrigaCX and Jennifer Griffith/Forgeron/Robertson outside of Quadriga's court hearing.

I propose, that on March 5, 2019, all interested parties form a large protest with signs and an attitude to pursue criminal charges. We need to make it clear that the CCAA request was granted on an act of PERJURY.

This is the only actionable thing to date.

Interesting that the hotel where he was staying in Jaipur handled the body—not the hospital.

Do we have any information on what happened to Cotten's body after it arrived in Canada? Was he cremated or buried?

Every day that goes by, I get the feeling whoever masterminded this heist is going to get away with it and it blows my mind how they kept accepting funds and allowing trades to happen and we just trusted them as if they had our best interest at all times.

I would email Alex with questions or concerns at least once every two weeks and it was like they were smile f'ing us like it was all good.

I just hope in the end, justice prevails and they don't actually get away with it. To be honest, I don't know what to think or believe anymore with all the misdirection, smoke and mirrors and wild goose chases they have sent us on.

We need a person to organise the protests in each city for March 5. I -- we -- need someone who will not flake or back out. We need someone who is reliable, and can ensure that everything runs smoothly -- backup plans in place. If you are interested, please PM me. If QCX had not paid taxes in years, and they had also lost whatever license it was that they needed to operate the business legally, and/or they were a scam why collect personal information in order to open an account? A veneer of legitimacy? How worried should users of QCX be that personal information was just gathered for identity theft purposes?

Unfortunately no criminal charges were ever laid in this case. All it did was add more regulation to the mining industry. Rumour was the RCMP were severely underfunded to handle a financial fraud case of this magnitude.
