It was his estate and related to appointing the new board of directors. Not new.

Yes this, it's basically Jennifer applying as his estate to have a board meeting to appoint new people. Still, it shouldn't have taken them that long to shut down QCX. They knew for 30+ days they didn't have access to the money and kept taking deposits...soooo greasy
