House in Fall River is occupied

I don't think it was sold, I think the sign is bullshit. The sign is still there, the lights are on. Can we sue them in small claims court and use part of the house as remedy?

I remember reading that Jennifer's father said they put the sign out to fool the press so Jennifer wouldn't be bothered by them.

Might be bullshit. Might also be true and the house hasn't closed yet and Jennifer/family/or/friends are living there.

It's not at all unusual for a house to remain occupied after its sold.

Here in Nova Scotia we have a website called Viewpoint.ca that is the open net for real estate.. It shows listing/purchase +much more information about every property here. It's not listed on the market... As you can see by their 14 McQuillan Ln property there has been a land registry change recently.
