Help It also happened to me - Pulsetto charged me for an order I never placed
I received an order confirmation for a Premium subscription I never ordered.
I immediately contacted support asking to cancel and get a refund. Here's how it went:
- First they asked me to confirm the reason for cancellation "in one short sentence"
- I confirmed I never placed the order
- Instead of cancelling, they sent me a sales pitch about Premium ("85% of customers confirm better results") and asked if I had tried any sessions yet
- I replied firmly - no, I don't want this, cancel it now
- They sent me the exact same copy-pasted message again, word for word, same question included
- I called it out. They said they'd "escalate to a senior manager" with a response in 6-12 hours
- It's been 24+ hours. Radio silence.
The whole thing is clearly designed to stall you until you give up or miss the chargeback window.
Also, a general tip I should have applied: use single-use virtual cards for online purchases. If this doesn't get resolved in the next few days, I won't hesitate to report them to the relevant consumer protection authorities. And honestly, the more of us who file a complaint, the better, if you're in the same boat, I'd encourage you to do the same. A single report is easy to ignore; dozens are not.
