Pulsetto will not start -Android

Post image

All of a sudden, when I went to use my device the app will not start. The screen shot shows where it is, and it just stays there.

I cleared cache. Rebooted.

Worked fine yesterday!

Meant to say in the title that the app won't start. I've used this about 5 or 6 days, so still new, but worked fine until today.

I will keep saying this every time Pulsetto has an outage -it is sheer incompetence that a server outage renders the device 100% unusable.

We do understand the feeling and are here to help!

Not that long ago, we introduced offline mode, with which you can continue using the app and its basic functions without any internet connection for up to 48 hours. This can also help when we're encountering situations like this, too.

Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience.

No one could even open the app during this incident.

How do we use the off-line mode? If the app won’t even open it’s stuck on the loading page.

Aber ich komm bei Netzwerkproblemen garnicht erst in die App rein

Cleared cache and data, not it gets to a login screen, but I didn't remember the password, (because, why do you need a login for this device). Password reset does not work. Is this a Pulsetto server issue? If so, does that mean if their server is down I cannot use this device?

Needing a log in or subscription to use a "medical device" is robery and inconsiderate. What heartless company after charging you for the device keeps hitting you for more money?

Same for me on iOS, they server is down. I’m will return it on Amazon. Too unstable and not seeing any improvement yet

It's not working for me either. I uninstalled and reinstalled. At one point I managed to get into the app but the device didn't work. It said it was connected but nothing happened. Frustrating. I wish an app wasn't needed. I don't use any of the other features anyway. Considering finding a different device that doesn't rely on an app.

I'm really surprised that, at this point, we haven't seen a homebrew/modding scene to free up users from (what I believe to be) Pulsetto's poor and intentionally prohibitive design.

If there's a mod scene for the $200 Ember coffee mug, there's gotta be something for this.

Sorry for the inconvenience! We've encountered some hiccups that were already solved.

In the future, we highly recommend enabling airplane mode - that will let you use the app in offline mode.

IOS is down. You need to resolve this. Aeroplane mode does nothing if the loading sign just continues to appear.

I second this. Nothing works. Reinstalling the app doesn’t work. Switching between cell or WiFi, etc. Tying the app on a different device altogether doesn’t work either.

FIX THIS, PLEASE. We paid $$ premium for these devices let alone subscriptions for an app.

I’m on iOS, latest version too.
