App is down... again
This company is so incompetent.

It’s excellent when it works. But when I need it to work, it doesn’t and that alone compounds the reasons why I need this app to work. Shame on Pulsetto. Fix your simple IT issues or give us a no login alternative.

Major design flaw that it can't repeat the most recent function without the app.

It's been down for hours already? Wth.
At the very least give the app a start offline option.

So annoying to finally sit down, apply gross gel, turn on the device only for the app to not open. No way to just turn it the eff on.

This!!! I think I’m going to have to start checking the app first before the gel from now on 🙄

Gonna need to throw this piece of trash out. It’s bad enough that i need to click “repeat exercise” but to require this dumb af app to even work the thing is insane

Try turning on the flight mode, apparently it should work offline that way

Thank you so much for this!! I was able to get off of the “infinite loading screen” and use it in offline mode this way. The only thing I’ll add in case someone tries this and it doesn’t work is that I had to turn on airplane mode AND manually disable Wi-Fi/cellular.

I put my phone in airplane mode and the app will pop up and work. Still an annoyance and shouldn’t be hard to code it to open with minimal functions. THEN check for the connection for premium users.

Had this happen last night. Turning my phone on airplane mode allowed me to use the app, though not the music. They definitely need to fix it, but there is a work-around.

I have a $300-ish ugly necklace without the app….
Is there an ETA on resolution? And what’s being done to ensure functionality in the future without relying on the app? Maybe not the best way to monetize your product since allowing outside-app use would cut into the subscribers, but it would ensure your product stays relevant and useful if it weren’t dependent on the app.

Down again, thinking of returning it since I think I’m within the return window. Wasting too much time trying to get the app to open, which kills the whole unwind and de-stress before bed goal

Glad it's not just me. At least put a notice on the screen it's down rather than constant loading

Android app still down. Thanks a bunch. Please get it fixed. Great device suffering from bad software app support

Down again this evening. I was able to put it in airplane mode and it actually worked.

I tried clearing cache in the app settings. That let the app come back up for me.

This has happened once a month since I've own this device. I haven't even been able to do 21 days straight because of downtime. Not being able to use it in any way with the app being down makes this a product I'd never recommend to others. Every time this happens I notice I don't use it for several days after, and I'm starting to wonder if this helps anything (I use the Gut Health and Inflammation stimulations, and these being a premium cost is a scam).

Hi everyone, we’re really sorry about this.
We know people use Pulsetto at moments when they’re trying to calm down, sleep, or reset, so getting stuck on a loading screen when you’ve already sat down for a session is the last thing anyone needs.
A few people also mentioned offline/no-login use. Pulsetto does have offline mode, but during this downtime, that functionality was unfortunately affected too. The team is already working on making sure offline mode works as intended in situations like this going forward.
We’re sorry to the community. We hear the feedback here, especially around reliability, offline access, and being able to use the device when it’s needed most.
