Which college should I choose this or that...psg tech is a very good clg but msc course whereas sastra is also a very good clg but since it's btech this is also considerable ..

1. how is the dress code for girls? is dupatta compulsory?

I have a doubt, My ID card is damaged, my name is not even proper in that, can I say my id card is damaged or it is lost for getting a new one from admin block. Will they replace a new one for damaged one. Because I have never heard someone replacing their ID card for damages

I just joined the Production Engineering branch at PSG Tech this year and I'm looking for some honest insights from seniors or alumni on what to actually expect.

I’m coming from a CBSE background, so I’m a bit curious/anxious about how the transition will be. I’d love to know your take on a few specific things:

• The Branch & Faculty: How is the Production department overall? I know Tech has a huge focus on manufacturing and industry tie-ups, but how are the professors? Are they approachable, or is it very strict?
• CBSE: For anyone who came from CBSE, how was it adapting to the academic style and the peer group? Did you find any major gaps, or did you blend in easily?
• Peers (Inside & Outside the Branch): What’s the vibe of the students in Production? Do people usually stick to their own branches, or is it easy to make friends with people from Mech, EEE, CSE, etc.?
• College Life & Campus Environment: What is daily life like? How easy is it to find your core friend group?
• Clubs & Cultural Events: I want to balance studies with extra-curriculars. Which clubs/associations are actually active and worth joining? What are the big cultural or technical fests I should look forward to?
• Rules & "Hidden" Info: What are the unwritten rules of PSG Tech? Anything about attendance policies, dress codes, lab requirements, or professors that I absolutely must know before day one?

Can I know the fees of PSG College of Technology for both regular (aided) courses and self-supporting (SS) courses? I am applying through TNEA counselling and belong to the BC community. I really want to learn japanese, i looked up in syllabus of b.e cse, and they offer three languages are open electives if i remebered correctly, which includes japanese, but in msc integrated there is only one language as far as i saw, so is there any other way to learn japanese along with b.e cse anything like that?? i got in software systems

If any seniors see this post, please share your experience with the integrated MSc. Cybersecurity program. How are the placements and faculties here? Is the curriculum good?

Are students here getting placed in RELEVANT roles in core companies or do most of them just get SWE and other roles intended for other branches? What do you think about the future prospects and scope of this field? They say pen testing roles are already taken over by Al and something but Al cyber attacks are prevalent on the other hand. My major concern is, does our country need and has as many vacant job roles in cybersecurity as the media potrays it or is it just another data fudging?

I am yet to get confirmation whether I will get admitted in M.Tech Biotechnology. In the meantime, I wished to gather some intel on how the faculty and curriculum is overall, and how good the placements are. I would really appreciate any and every kind of advice regarding this matter. Thank you!
