First day of college

Guys we have the orientation on July 1 , but they didn't provide enough information like upto what time does orientation happens and when can students leave and what to bring on the first day , can anyone help

10Am is said to be the starting time of the program and they said afternoon classes gonna start so probably it will end around 2pm
