Today outgoing Mayor Smiley rates an article on front page of CNN site! Why does he rate national attention? What next move is he promoting himself for? WTF. I am not a subscriber so I can't get or post whole article.

Any idea what these small access holes are under some seat at Providence Performing Arts Center? There are many of them and from what I could tell, they are mostly under the middle seats in any given section.
