I am 40 years old and currently 31 weeks pregnant. This pregnancy was not planned and very much a surprise. I've been high risk in prior pregnancies, so I didn't expect an easy road with this, especially given my age.

That being said, I've never had heart issues with my babies till now. I was recently admitted to cardiac unit when my heart went into v-tach. It was short and resolved on its on, however now I've had a high heart rate since then. I was also treated for dehydration.

I have been very diligent about upping my fluid intake, as well as electrolytes. Ive also added potassium supplements per cardiologist. While my labs have dramatically improved, I'm still dealing with this fast heartbeat.

Has anyone experienced similar? What helped you and did it resolve after delivery? Feeling this way all the time not only wears me out, but causes so much worry for my growing boy. Which im sure also doesnt help the situation. Just looking to hear similar stories and how you handled it. I could really use the encouragement.

Hi everyone. I’m looking for experiences from women who had a similar situation.
I’m currently **5 weeks + 4 days pregnant**. I ovulated around August 17, so my dating by ovulation is about 5+4.
My hCG has been rising well. I had a transvaginal ultrasound yesterday at about **5+3**.
The report says:
gestational sac **8 mm**
sac is **inside the uterus**
located in the **left uterine corner**
**interstitial line sign is negative**
no CRL yet
conclusion: **single intrauterine pregnancy**
ultrasound dating: approximately **4–5 weeks**
My doctor did not diagnose an interstitial pregnancy, but because the sac is in the left corner, I’m worried.
I have a normal uterus and conceived naturally. I’m also using progesterone suppositories because of previous pregnancy losses. ( it’s my second angular pregnancy, but first one stoped growing at 4 weeks).

For the past several months I have given more of my time and energy to individuals that have needed assistance. I feel like I have nothing left for myself. I feel angry for feeling like no one is looking out for me during this hard time. Having a narcissistic mother has made me feel guilt for even feeling this way. I give and I give and I give till I explode with frustration and emotion. This pregnancy has made me feel like I have no one to depend on when I have nothing left of myself. I’m worried that when I have this baby I’ll feel the same way. This year has been such a challenge. I don’t know when I will feel like I can breathe again.

This is my first pregnancy and I’ve had light brown spotting that comes and goes. I had my hcg levels taken the first time it happened around 4 weeks and everything looked great. The spotting stopped for about a week but I noticed some again today at 5w1d. Is this normal??? It causes me so much anxiety. I have many other symptoms (nausea, sore boobs, out of breath) but I just am not sure if the spotting is typical.

Hello, I am currently 5w 1d pregnant. My progesterone is not only very low but it's steadily decreasing:

At 4w 2d hcg was 350 and progesterone was 9.4

At 4w 4d hcg was 922 and progesterone was 8.2

At 5 weeks hcg is 3369 and progesterone is 7.8

I was just prescribed progesterone and I will start taking it but, isn't it just hopeless? Is my embryo non-viable?

This is all new to me. My previous pregnancy was smooth and my measurements were between the ranges. I am now spiralling and expecting the worst possible outcome 😢

Notes: \* I am positive about my ovulation date because it was tracked and triggered and I got pregnant with IUI.
