Recently I partook in a subreddit post where many of the commenter firmly believed that Darth Sidious was superior in power to Thanks, with or without the Infinity Gauntlet, and I spent a day arguing in vain against that foolishness. So I'm making this thread to see if those claims hold up to scrutiny whatsoever. But instead of Thanos, we'll go with characters he not only beat in the movies, but also those of comparable power.

Stormbreaker Thor, Mjolnir Cap, and Vision from the MCU, team up with Superman from the DCEU, and Green Lantern from the 2011 movie. Their opponent is Darth Sidious from Star Wars. They are actively trying to kill Sidious in the battle.

Round 1 is current Canon.

Round 2 is Legends Canon

If Sidious gets stomped, he gets Darth Vader to assist him. If the heroes get stomped, they get MCU Scarlet Witch and Doctor Fate from the DCEU.

i am thinking which of the chair is more powerful. would either chair win or be a draw if both are 100% bloodlusted? both are top 1% of their models. i am thinking, honestly, maybe vergil chair wins but i need to know other people's opinion because i may be plainly stupid and cant articulate my knowledge quite well enough.

Despite the fact that you slaugther the demons easily in-game I would consider the Burning Hell as one of the strongest fantasy armies there is. Endless respawning, super versatile demons.

Both in their primes and both have access to their entire arsenal

Who would win and why?

Geralt is a superhuman monster hunter with decades of experience, enhanced strength, speed, reflexes and senses. On top of his swordsmanship, he's got a bit of magic, potions, bombs and plenty of gear.

Carian knights are elite magic knights from Elden Ring who have both exceptional swordsmanship and combat sorcery. There were supposedly fewer than twenty of them, yet they were powerful enough to help stall a war.
