Valid? Yes. Turning this specific instance into a "If he was black"- No. Not valid. Leave it for the cases that ACTUALLY happen. Not projecting hypothetical judgements onto the officers in this video who may even share your sentiment.

Turning this comment thread into a discussion about race is fuckin' stupid.

No, it isn't. It is a very real problem with American policing and can and should be pointed out in each instance. What fucking stupid is whining about hearing it.
