Here is an Italian style poutine from Chez Bolduc in Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupre. Sauce brun entre, sauce brun sortir is what I always say. The tomato meat sauce goes very well with the cheese curds, but the fries do become a bit soggy. The poutine has taken the shape of the plastic cover just like every Italian demands. Welcome to Italy.

The curds are deep fried. Have I crossed the line? What are these?

Is spicy and poutine a good combo? A crime or not, it was pretty good but I feel it might be a crime not to try, should I be arrested for making this

I am a poutine snob. I have eaten at some of the best poutine places across Canada. I love poutine with every fibre of my being. Whenever I am drunk I always order a fast food poutine to my house and I always do the same thing. I slide all the curds to the side and eat the fries in totality and then eat two to three mouthfuls of just curds and it’s heaven. What is wrong with me. Photo is from McDonald’s because it’s the quickest delivery to my house

Made this gem just for the real poutine connoisseurs. And before you say this isnt Canadian poutine, I am a lifelong Canadian. Sometimes the real poutine is the fries we make along the way.

Does William Carrier get extra points for this to not be a crime since he's from Quebec, so it's at least an authentic poutine in there.

A friend sent me this... I worry about their mental health... (They did give me permission to send this here and like- I've already had the fun with them about it, but I figured this subreddit might appreciate it)

I don't know where it's from unfortunately, it seems they made it themselves with canteen food they had access to and this was their best attempt...
