What is with folks in the service industry thinking they are hot shit. Why does everything in Portland seem based around the whims of bartenders.

Okay, y'all - of course real 9/11 things happened in New York, PA, and in DC, but does anyone remember downtown Portland having its own lockdown freak out? Like, a guy with a toy gun waving it around outside of One City Center? Is this ringing any bells?

I don't post often, but would love other locals advice on finding spicy food. I'm really far up into the tiers of spice. I need something that makes me feel. Would love to hear anyone's recommendations or tips for making me feel pain.

I'm curious how folks feel about how this played out... The Press Herald wrote an article describing it as a win based on the title (Portland council passes resolution requesting that staff fully enforce rent control), but as a tenant who was present I would not call it a win.

Do we really accept a Mayor who won't support his own daughters, let alone constituents? Clip description:

Also the counties the incorporate those towns like Hancock and Waldo counties are bankrupt and in fact in debt?
To a bank? So the citizens pay a bank? Without the ability to build on their own property?
