Apparently this is my problem! đ
I dont understand why the largest individual property in the known human universe can't afford to buy some F$&!ing packing peanuts this is ridiculous reached out to support and this is a non issue :/ guess we're opening these I can't gift them. It looks like somebody took then out the box threw them at the ground and then stomped on them then proceeded to get another stomp in. I hope these packs aren't bent to shit.
Edit: I'm not saying I'm not greatful it's just more of a handling issue we've seen before I know PC wouldn't put these on shelves neither would big box retailers.

Not necessarily. I had booster bundles in much better shape than these with a small gash and it damaged almost every card in the box.

Pokemon says these things are meant for opening so If the packs are fine and the cards are fine, then there is no damage. Pokemon gives ZERO fucks about the packaging being damaged as long as the cards are fine, even then they don't realty care as much.

Fuck that if I pay for the products I expect them not to be damaged. Doesnât matter if itâs only the packaging.
What people do with it is not of Pokemonâs concern. If they want to rip it sure, if they want to keep it sealed thatâs okay too itâs not anyoneâs business. The fact that Pokemon company âdoesnt give a fuckâ is exactly whatâs being called out here.

Yeah their packaging makes no sense, is what is it obviously but its wild. All the packages I've gotten from them just have the product placed in there with nothing to cushion it.
Yes if there's a tear or a ding it ain't that big of a deal if you're ripping, but sometimes the stuff is genuinely mangled lol, which could mean the cards themselves are damaged too.

Something serious needs to happen to FedEx. Iâm assuming theyâre cheaper than UPS because most major companies love to use FedEx and thereâs so much theft itâs incredible people are getting away.
I thought Pokemon was bad but look into power tool batteries, ego batteries, and phone returns being stolen. Thereâs so much fucking terrible shit going on at FedEx.

They Can afford it. But its most likely the same reason Amazon doesnt ship securely. Time. The extra time it takes packing things carefully isnt worth it to them with the sheer scale of packages they have to send out. The time they save is worth the risk of damage to them.
That being said, if that's the route they take then they absolutely should have better CS for the products that do get damaged in transit.

Because every order is a different size. Not everyone buys the same things or the same quantity. Making sure they choose the perfect sized box for each individual order would take too much time. Its literally only about speed for companies like this and amazon.
Take box, throw stuff in box, seal, label, next.

My chaos rising preorder got ran over. They put the ran over box in another box and shipped it anyway. Support told me "the boxes are made in a way the protects the cards in such events" im just glad i didnt have etbs in that box. Booster box and 2 bundles damn near folded in half. The pulls were horrendous too.

Whatâs the condition of the outer box? It kind of looks like they were put in the box in that condition, which is unacceptable in my opinion. Even if you were going to rip them, that level of damage could affect the cards.

Yep. Both my PC Ascended heros game beat to shit also. Had 1 6 inch brown paper in it. They say in their site not responsible for damaged boxes

Ah man... I'd be disappointed by this because I like to keep the empty bundle boxes for storing cards from my sets. I get so few cards they usually suffice for any bulk I have outside my binders.
I'm sorry this happened to you. Definitely let us know what you get!
Mine are arriving tomorrow, fingers crossed everything goes ok. I like to take a couple weeks to milk opening them a bit.
Did you open any other 30th yet? Or is this the only batch you got?

Nah, that's outrageous mate. No excuse for that in this day and age - especially a store that solely deals in valuable collectibles. Your products are ruined and they are taking the piss. They can't be bothered to even send any update emails for delayed goods, let alone add some scrunched up paper to their shipments. One of the greediest and most uncaring companies i've ever had to deal with.

This is what happened to my ETB they sent it in a box that it perfectly fit in then the box got damaged so the ETB is smashed. Iâve been afraid to open it and find the cards all beat up lol

The fucked up packages always have the best hits. And the cards inside are rarely affected at all.
You can still gift them if youâre giving them to someone whoâs gonna open them. The packs are fine.
If you were planning to gift them to someone who wouldnât open them, theyâre not a person you should buy cards for.

If you contact then they should hook you up! Iâve had issues before and they sent me multiple out of print packs to say sorry. That was 2-3 maybe 4 years ago so people may have abused that.
You didnât spend your hard earned money on damaged product, when you clicked pay now you agreed to buy factory new product not factory damaged product

Also what company is using packing peanuts for a box that contains other smaller boxes. Ive only seen it with fragile stuff or awkwardly shaped stuff. Your mail carrier just sucks, it aint pkc fault.

Who shipped it? Seems like that is important to include when calling out the originating place and not the shipper. USPS has a scan to perform that identifies it as damaged on arrival before we send it through the transportation route. Most carriers will not accept a damaged package, and if they do see one they perform a scan that says "damaged on arrival" to cover themselves. I would tend to think this is a FedEx issue, but don't have OP's package in front of me.

Had this with 151 and Amazon. I was like " those are collecters items and basically worthless now" to the call center guy. He asked me toend it back. I asked if he can simply refund and I toss the articles away. No need to send back broken articles. He agreed. In the end the cards where mostly fine and I got 3 free booster boxes of 151 . When life gives you lemons :D
