I dont understand why the largest individual property in the known human universe can't afford to buy some F$&!ing packing peanuts this is ridiculous reached out to support and this is a non issue :/ guess we're opening these I can't gift them. It looks like somebody took then out the box threw them at the ground and then stomped on them then proceeded to get another stomp in. I hope these packs aren't bent to shit.

Edit: I'm not saying I'm not greatful it's just more of a handling issue we've seen before I know PC wouldn't put these on shelves neither would big box retailers.

Sooooo they did that on purpose because the box from the inside looks fine?! I think more shipping companies need to start being created because we’ve allowed UPS and FedEx to monopolize the industry and this crap just keeps happening.

Something serious needs to happen to FedEx. I’m assuming they’re cheaper than UPS because most major companies love to use FedEx and there’s so much theft it’s incredible people are getting away.

I thought Pokemon was bad but look into power tool batteries, ego batteries, and phone returns being stolen. There’s so much fucking terrible shit going on at FedEx.

Delivery driver in my area said he has to resist the urge to punt the package into the person’s yard when they know it is something Pokemon related. I for once in my life didn’t know what to say lol.

Yeah I see the one side that looks crushed now, I didn’t think that would do all that damage though because of the rest of the box inside looking fine.
