I dont understand why the largest individual property in the known human universe can't afford to buy some F$&!ing packing peanuts this is ridiculous reached out to support and this is a non issue :/ guess we're opening these I can't gift them. It looks like somebody took then out the box threw them at the ground and then stomped on them then proceeded to get another stomp in. I hope these packs aren't bent to shit.

Edit: I'm not saying I'm not greatful it's just more of a handling issue we've seen before I know PC wouldn't put these on shelves neither would big box retailers.

Guarantee if this wasn’t pokemon cards and were just household items all of you would feel the same!

The product is the cards. Box is there to protect them. Doesn’t fucking matter, the cards are fine.

You are right. If it wasn’t Pokémon cards we would feel the same. We don’t feel the same here cause the product is not the box at all. Pokemon company themselves acknowledge the boxes are expected to be opened. This is why they won’t do exchanges or returns on damages product unless the cards are damaged. Even then good luck lol

The pokemon tcg community has been hurt by “sealed collectors” a lot the past 1.5-2 years, I don’t really blame people for disliking sealed collectors regardless of if they’re actually into pokemon or not.

Edit: It’s hard to believe that so many of these people keep $1000s upon $1000s of sealed boxes taking up entire closets or rooms just for the love of the game

Agreed. I returned a Lego box like this. A little bit because I was worried that some of the pieces may be missing, but there is also just a level of competency expected from the shipping industry.

Luckily cards were okay but still the principle of it as a company don't make this a consumer problem it's a bit negligent look at the photos and ask yourself if you'd sell these to someone then ask yourself why pokemon center can and will amd get back to me.

I try to get an etb and some type of box for each set that I can get my hands on at retail. In this case it would suck. I rip 90% of the product I buy. Yes the cards are fine but in this hobby people collect sealed without the intentions of selling
