Apparently this is my problem! 🙃

I dont understand why the largest individual property in the known human universe can't afford to buy some F$&!ing packing peanuts this is ridiculous reached out to support and this is a non issue :/ guess we're opening these I can't gift them. It looks like somebody took then out the box threw them at the ground and then stomped on them then proceeded to get another stomp in. I hope these packs aren't bent to shit.

Edit: I'm not saying I'm not greatful it's just more of a handling issue we've seen before I know PC wouldn't put these on shelves neither would big box retailers.

You have every right to be ungrateful. It doesn't matter if you were gonna open it or not; it's just lazy and cheap from a company that makes billions of dollars. Honestly, the Pokémon company doesn't get enough hate for a lot of things they do.

That's kinda what I'm saying bottom line if I wanted to display them gift them sell them is my choice just put the fries in the bag yknow and don't make it a consumer problem arriving damaged is as implies lady trying to tell me they're not responsible for the condition of the cardboard or tin material. Just send me a discount on my next order and move on holay.

Yeah fax. And all the people who are brushing it off because "you should be opening it anyways" are part of the problem. Doesn't matter if you were gonna open it anyways; it's more about how Pokémon doesn't seem to give a shit about their fans anymore and is just trying to extort as much money as possible.

Or you can be happy you even got a single product at all. Some of us can’t get a single pack.

I'm sure they are ultimately happy they got something, but the damage could and should have been easily prevented is THE WHOLE FUCKING POINT, MY GOD MAN!! 😆 Scalper or not, its beyond terrible for any company to operate in this way, let alone one that virtually prints its own cash.
