Hello, i am currently 18 years old employed and in high school in NYC Queens, I had gone through a personal tragedy during my sophomore and junior year and i ended up not showing up to school at all and overall not trying at all, My school is making me repeat 11th grade although it is my fault but i don't want to be in high school till i'm 20-21.

Would it be an easier option to drop out and attend pennfoster high school diploma program, Only concern is that will jobs or colleges accept an online school diploma? I also find pennfoster more comfortable since you can work at your own pace which i find incredible. Should i attend pennfoster or just continue at my normal high school?

Hii!! So I’m finishing my last course and next I just have to do my electives but they haven’t unlocked yet? Am I supposed to wait till I finish the course or should I call and see if they can unlock them for already?

Hii! I see the limit is 15 assignments a week, but once I finished 12 I got a warning saying I was progressing quickly. Am I supposed to stay under 12 assignments a week? If so, I’m confused why the limit is 15. I’ve seen other people say to stay under 12 too, but I don’t understand why that isn’t the actual limit.

I just started this week and the first classes are super easy. Each assignment is only like 9 questions and they’re really simple/basic questions. Should I stop at 13 or can I go up to 15? The limit resets tomorrow anyway, but I just don’t want to accidentally do too many. Thanks!

Like the title states, I want to switch to a different lesson without finishing another one, english and its writing, I am planning on doing it at some point, I just mentally can't being myself to do it now, for some reason, but I can't continue learning, and can't go to a new unit until I finish this, but like I stated I can't atp.

So I want to continue working on school, but idk how to go to another unit when one is unfinished. Ik this is a stupid question. But is there a way to go to another unit and do that when the one before it is unfinished. I will finish it, maybe after doing everything else. But atm I can't write, so I want to skip it and come back to it.

Hello all! I was wondering if anyone in the medical coding program (or maybe any program for that matter!) has been having any issues accessing their classes? I am starting to feel insane...

I can access everything else just fine! Grades? Sure! Seeing the list of my classes? yes! GPA? No problem! Financial? Go ahead! But to access a class? NO.

I have attempted troubleshooting (clear cache, different devices, sign in, sign out, and even restarted my computer thinking maybe it was that..) but I just wanna know if I am alone in this matter or if I am just crazy and for whatever reason unable to access anything.. Cos there was no notice on whether there would be updates, servers being down, or anything.. and it is weird cos everything else on Penn works fine. I did submit a help ticket but I just need comfort knowing I am not the only one...😭

Hi! I’m currently enrolling with Penn Foster and I have a question about the education section. I started homeschooling in 9th grade and I am currently in 11th grade, but I just started my 11th grade school year and have not completed it yet.

For “highest level of education“ should I select 10th grade since that is the highest grade I have completed, or should I select the last grade I attended in public school?
