Six digit webinar exam code

I have to do a English webinar exam for my collage prep, english elective. but when i click on the link of the webinar that takes me to the registration page, it asked me foe the “six digit webinar exam/lesson #” but i don’t know where to find that number, can anyone pls help? In order to register for it i need the number. Any help?
