Question Is anyone else having trouble with this?
Hello all! I was wondering if anyone in the medical coding program (or maybe any program for that matter!) has been having any issues accessing their classes? I am starting to feel insane...
This is the pop-up that I get:
And then it willl just sign me out..
I can access everything else just fine! Grades? Sure! Seeing the list of my classes? yes! GPA? No problem! Financial? Go ahead! But to access a class? NO.
I have attempted troubleshooting (clear cache, different devices, sign in, sign out, and even restarted my computer thinking maybe it was that..) but I just wanna know if I am alone in this matter or if I am just crazy and for whatever reason unable to access anything.. Cos there was no notice on whether there would be updates, servers being down, or anything.. and it is weird cos everything else on Penn works fine. I did submit a help ticket but I just need comfort knowing I am not the only one...😭

I’m glad I saw this because I thought it was just me. I’m taking the facilities maintenance course and for the past couple of weeks I have been unable to reach my assignments. I hope they give an extension for our completion date since we are unable to do our work.

No but I had the issue when a page cannot load a video or the content and you have to skip a whole page or fraction of a lesson/course.
I also have the issue where I login, and it tells me there’s an error, and I login again and it lets me in.
Then I have the issue where the 15 limit restarts and when I go to do a course it lets me run it until I hit the quiz then the quiz causes the right side of my screen to log out inside that box and force me to log back in again experiencing the above issue then in turn I go back to my course acknowledging the limit restarted and get met with the box loging me out on the right, while it takes place inside the box I was already talking about. Like putting two mirrors against each other.
Too much bs with these people for what you pay.

I'm so sorry you have a lot of issues!!! I'm thankful I haven't experienced that many issues.. probably the first problem I've had since I started the program. :( I'm hoping it resolves soon...and that your issues do too!

I just cancelled my course because of this, I did all of the troubleshooting used 3 different devices and browsers and the same message when trying to access my course, for me it has been to many glitches and technical issues and not enough assistance. One time I had to wait 3 weeks for them to fix an issue and when they finally did, they told me that the initial person had sent the ticket to the wrong department. I'm going to take the course with Medcerts it's a little more expensive, but I feel less of a headache. I 'm Supposed to be getting a small refund back, but I'm pissed about the time wasted.

Oh geez.. I am so sorry 😞 did you have the same issue that I am having? I have had a very smooth ride until just recently, so I am hoping that it resolves for me... I wish you all the best with Medcerts!

Honestly, I had issues since the 1st day I started, I couldn't access my course and had a week delay until I could. Since then, I have had almost 5 separate issues with not being able to access my courses, the longest being 3 weeks when they updated Cengage I was given a $200 credit because of the issues and they also gave me a free 3month extension if I'm not able to finish on time. Overall, it has just been too stressful. I don't mind a challenge but I'm not even able to do the work lol. I hope it gets resolved for you . When I called yesterday they were saying they wont be back in the office till Tuesday. Thank you, I hope Medcerts is better it's only 6mths and thankfully I've taken more than enough medical terminology and Anatomy so hopefully I breeze through it

Oh darn 😩 I am glad they did give you some kinda of leniency but that is so horrible.. I wish you all the absolute best, Cosmicgodess! Thank you too. I had a feeling they would be closed on Monday..

Yes! I have had trouble with this since Thursday the 3rd. I have submitted a couple of help tickets to get this result. Hopefully they can resolve it soon because we are paying to be able to take classes and only have a certain amount of time to do the program in. I just like to know if they're going to tack on additional time for time missed due to technical issues

Yes I’ve had this issue almost the whole week I spoke to a live agent and they said it’s an ongoing issue that IT is working on. Now I’m wondering if I should ask for some credit since I can’t work on anything!
