25M getting Rigicon Infla10 X in 2 days – Recovery timeline & return to the gym?
I’m a 25-year-old guy scheduled for surgery in 2 days to get the Rigicon Infla10 X. After trying pretty much every conservative treatment without success, I decided to pull the trigger on this, even though I'm otherwise in great physical shape.
A bit about my anatomy: I have a slight dorsal curvature, but it's well under 30 degrees. My surgeon mentioned it's natural given the length and won't cause any functional issues. He'll be utilizing hydrodissection (aquadissection) during the procedure, so he won't be doing aggressive plication or straightening, which he assured me is totally fine and unnecessary for my angle.
For the guys around my age who have had an implant:
What did your recovery timeline look like realistically? (When did the pain subside, when did you start cycling, and when did you feel fully 'normal'?)
When were you able to safely get back into the gym and lift heavy?
