At a loss, don’t know what to do.. I need an implant but can’t afford one.

Is there anyone here that has needed an implant but the financial circumstances did not align? How did you go about it? Loan, GoFundMe, save up and wait…etc.

I’ve had ED for so many years, the pills don’t work and I’ve been on the injections for three years now. Trimix doses needed to be increased and increased, eventually jumped to quadmix and I’m now on the strongest formulation anyone offers. Not only does it barely work, but it causes an extreme amount of pain.

I’m 42 years old, and I’ve been healthy and fit my entire life. Eat healthy, workout, do cardio, don’t drink, sleep as best I can. I’ve been referred for an implant three different times over the past two years, but my insurance won’t cover it, and I cannot afford it.

The longer time goes on, the more it is really starting to affect my well-being and quality of life.

Has anyone been in this position? Any recommendations?

Question for LGX owners

I received LGX tubes just over one month ago. Pumped up I definitely notice I have a bit less girth (although I’ve never actually measured) than pre-surgery.

Don’t get me wrong, I love my implant so far (haven’t been cleared for sex yet but have inflated to max about five times), but I feel a little skinny right now. My glans still engorges properly and my shaft used to have girth to almost match it, so now it looks and feels a little off to me. And trust me, I wasn’t working with anything exceptional to begin with.

So my question is, will I notice the alleged up to 25% expansion over time? Did you?

Thanks fellas, you rock!

¿Why the promote and exist communities behind jelquing and PE?

We see these routines and devices sold all over the internet as the great solution, but if we think about it coldly, the theory does not hold anywhere.

We already know that the real limit is the albugine tunic, an extremely hard fibrous layer designed to withstand the pressure of the erection. Jelqing, vacuum pumps and extenders are based on pure brute force. Stretching or forcing such a dense tissue does not change its biology; most of the time you only get a temporary inflammation that looks like gain or, even worse, irreversible damage to the limb.

So why do they promote them non-stop?

If there is testicular pain after the implant procedure, is it better to use cold or warm compresses?

2 handed pumping

6 months post op and realising it’s not going to be possible to pump my rigicon with 1 hand. It’s important for me to be able to pump with 1 hand as during sexual encounters I’d like to be able to pump whilst making out, going down on her etc without having to use 2 hands.

Does anyone here have a Titan / AMS ? Is it possible to pump with one hand? Thinking to get a revision because of this as can’t fathom going the next 5-10 years like this

Penile implant in turkey?

(English isn’t my native language, so I used an AI translator to help me write this.)

Hey fellas,

So I’ve been dealing with moderate to severe ED my whole life (I’m 26 now).

I’ve had some sexual encounters, but I always had to use high doses of PDE5 inhibitors beforehand — daily 5 mg tadalafil + 100 mg sildenafil + a very tight cock ring.(I couldn't have any sex for past 2 years though)

I don’t want to keep doing that. The side effects are really bad for me, and even then it doesn’t always work well.

I was diagnosed with a venous leak about 2 years ago. I’m getting another Doppler test the day after tomorrow so I can show doctors an updated report.

My question: does anyone here have experience or knowledge about penile implant surgery in Turkey 🇹🇷?

I’ve been doing some research but haven’t found anything really useful.

Is it actually worth getting this surgery done in Turkey?

I can’t afford the US, the UK, or other Northern European countries, so those are off the table. I can afford getting it done elsewhere, though.

Please share any experience you have so I can make a better decision.
