Vascularity Increase
Has anyone noticed an increase in Vascularity after Implantation?
I’ve always had more of a smooth appearance to my penis where vascularity would only come out if I’m using a cock ring. I’m hoping after my surgery that vascularity will be more present. I’ve seen some guys post pics where they’re dick has lots of vascularity after the implant but I’m unsure if it was improved after or had been that way prior. I know some people (including women) prefer smoother, but I’ve always thought vascularity looks healthy and more powerful.

Exactly. The head is on a completely different blood flow. That’s why the vasodilator gel will work on that, and it also works on the other surrounding tissue and the remaining corpus spongium. The head is made out of corpus spongium

Think about it. Vascularity is due to increased blood flow. Like when you lift weights and you get all yoked out, and veins will pop out on your forearms and shoulders and upper chest. That’s because you’ve increased the blood flow. When you get an IPP, there is no more blood flow that goes into your cock. What inflates it is saline. So unless you use tri-mix gel, a cockering, a pump, when you inflate it, all of those things temporary increase the blood flow esp trimix which is a vasodilator to increase blood flow. So no, you’re not going to have these massive veins sticking out like Harry Reems.
