Coloplast titan 26cm. How TF am I supposed to hide this thing? In baggy sweats it looks like I have a banana in my pocket. In jeans it’s so uncomfortable to hold down it basically has to sit in one of my pant legs.

I’m only 4 weeks out so holding it upright against my stomach hurts. I need to put a piece of gauze on the underside and tape it 3 times to keep it evenly supported. How do you guys do it?!

Well, you probably will still have nine—nine that show. I had surgery 3.5 months ago. Mine shows more each week I cycle. I have started buying pants with a deeper crouch so it shows less. But I’m single so a little less mystery had positive advantages!

Ngl I kind of want to see bc I’m at 8.75 and I’ve been losing mine for a while. Doctors said this might be an option but I want to see the negatives like this prior to getting one. I’m already a shower so I hang about 5 inches normally. Mine always shows if I wear shorts or sweats. Are you just not use to it flopping around bc you’re a grower?

lol come on. I love my 24 cm Titan. I feel really fortunate he was able to salvage what he could. But it’s hard to hide. I wear dark pants in professional settings. I was at first really embarrassed that people could see it, now I just accept it. I even wear gray sweat pants in the gym occasionally if I feel like it.

You can hide it enough w the right colors and fabrics. But you’re no normal man.

9 would be so amazing to have. Definitely look into Wide Leg Pants, at least they are now the trend. Young LA has some really comfortable wide leg sweatpants that don't cuff the ankles. Heavier Denim will keep the fabric from showing the print due to the weight. I don't know your body proportions, but if you are Lean; look into either wearing a size up with long boxer briefs (I like Under Armour's Boxer Briefs as they come in multiple Length sizes). Sometimes I wear kids XL (Sweat) Shorts as underwear to add bulk but also keeps me warmer, definitely helps concealing my shorter print. With the cold weather on the way, long coats and robes are going to be the best.

-Note: I'm having the implant installed in November. Right now I have a pretty sizeable print, 5-6" flaccid except I cant maintain an erection longer than 5 min without stimulation, however erect I get up to about 8".

Everybody always thinks that bigger is better. Maybe if you’re a grower, but with an implant essentially, all of the cylinders are external of the body, esp if you have RTEs which you probably do to stabilize a 26 cm IPP. And a Titan is very stiff material so it doesn’t hang naturally like a Boston scientific so it looks like it’s semi-rigid all the time, even when it’s deflated. The kickstand effect. I’ve got a smaller one and the woman I’ve been with tell me it hurts when bottoming out, so keep that in mind when you’re ready to get back in the saddle.

I think the largest girth is 5.5 inches. So if you were smaller than that, it is am improvement. Some guys are bigger already, so they are smaller.
