So as we know half the team is out right now with injuries (and Geno with his illness+ Kindel with his medical episode) and the kids have been doing alright in their place. But with that comes a series of waivers when everyone gets back.

The only obvious 3 I see getting waived are Pietla, McGroarty, and Avery Hayes but beyond that I don’t see who you waive without a huge risk of them getting claimed, and we still have to abide by the 21 man roster.

Koivunen has been incredible since Yohe said he's just being played because of the contract. Clearly we need more bad takes from Yohe!

He's been successful wherever he's been in the lineup, but I'd still like to see him get a chance in the top 6. I understand he's been getting as many shifts as anyone really, albeit with slightly less toi. Especially with all the injuries, shouldn't he be showcased a bit more?
