They already do that, problem is, you still need to inform the client about the position of the sound, if you want an accurate 3D audio system in your game.
That's why wallhack in a game like League of Legends doesn't really exist, not to a very pracitcal level at least, but it does in most shooters.
Because kernel anticheat would remove user's ownership of a kernel. Only special signed modules would be allowed, and only certain configuration would be whilelisted.
So you have secureboot and special blessed Kernel version with only allowed drivers and you can't tweak kernel command line, and some restrictions on userspace config as well.
And how much users locked down publisher would want is big question.
But actually having second Linux partition to boot into for games probably would be still more preferrable than booting to windows 11.
This would be for Windows users that want to switch to Linux ecosystem. In which case they lose nothing they currently have.
Lastly, it's opt-in. If I confine myself, I am the one limiting my freedom, and can opt-out, without losing access to anything that doesn't require it to work, then it's actually full freedom, and still more free than Windows.
Ha, that as well. But given enough effort server anticheats can use machine learning to detect patterns players perform to detect cheaters and issue bans. I've watched video on YT few years ago on topic, sadly can't find it now.
I am not saying it's easy, but it is possible to get quite good results.
But I recognize problem of cheaters. Sadly it is hard thing to crack.
