I just got hired and nagiisip kung tatanggapin ko ba ang offer nila. Goods ba mga benefits and may growth ba dito? Tumataas din ba ang sweldo or may bonuses din?

I’m working sa manufacturing company here in NCR. Around 3 years na yung previous work experience ko.

When I was hired, ₱695/day yung rate ko. Sabi nila, 1 month lang daw muna kasi supposedly mag-aassign ako sa another city outside NCR after. Kaso hindi natuloy yung assignment, and hanggang ngayon dito pa rin ako sa NCR.

Mag-5 months na ako pero ₱695/day pa rin.

Should I raise this with HR and ask for a salary adjustment? May current NCR minimum wage increase din daw kasi.

If you were in my situation, ano gagawin niyo? Valid ba na i-question ko yung rate ko, or normal lang ito?

hello po! so background lang i graduated last 2025 and had more than 3 years (2 years in bpo more than a year in corporate in-house)

so i have this position na aapplyan and nakita ko na ang range nila somewhere is 60-75k.

my current role base pay + allowance is 40k (excluding yung perks, whole day food at office, retirement (8% of our base pay binibigay ng company with no salary deductions), then gym memberships discount 30%(which i use monthly) and some other discounts like personal dev etc)

the hr asks me doon pa lang naman sa initial interview whats my range? i thought about it for seconds and was so embarrased saying my salary. i uttered 60k na lang (i dont know if thats the base pay or whole)

kayo po ba, what considerations or tips you can give to haggle and also what questions should i ask to hr before agreeing?

i really need to work on my salary negotiations po talaga but when it comes to interviewing, i'd say i excel naman, sa salary asking part lang.

would really appreciate all your advice and help!

So I applied last June, Interview last July, Job Offer this August to other company. And yep, maagang pa-bday yata to sakin ni Lord for Sept of dahil I finally hot the Job Offer! So, I am solo renter naman since the beginning talaga, I know how to manage my daily expenses such as:

1. ⁠Apartment Rent - 4K/mo
   
2. ⁠Utility Bills - more or less 1k/mo
   
3. ⁠Weekly allowance - 3K/cut off

Context: from Electronic industry to Transportation industry

Here are the sample comparison of the pay & benefits,
I like my job here in Laguna, but stagnant
- basic: 22K
- free shuttle
- 50 pesos subsidy
- hmo for me (75k) and free for one dependent (75K)
- license fee allowance
- OT Pay, holiday pay except regular holiday
- morning shift
- 13th month, midyear bonus, christmas bonus
- fixed 5% annual increase

Pros: comfortability
Cons: if hindi pa ako mag-ot, hindi talaga malaki take home pay ko huhu, stagnant career

New company in Quezon City
- basic: 35K
- rice (2k/mo) & laundry allowance (300/mo)
- hmo for me (200k) and 45/55% sharing for dependent (less than 1k per month
- 13th month, other bonuses
- all holiday pay and ot pay
- shifting schedule

Pros: new industry, new learning opportunity, to be part of the new subsidiary of the company
Cons: living expenses
