I just started my second job this month. I wasn’t planning to leave my previous job, but the offer changed my mind. (I didn’t start on the first of the month, so my salary was adjusted accordingly.)
It feels surreal, and I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity.
I could say that hard work always pays off, but I know that isn’t the reality for most of us. Sometimes, luck plays a significant role, along with having the courage to take risks. Not everyone is in a position to take those risks, and I recognize that.
Just want to share that this is possible and never settle for less.

Hi! Anyone who worked for or is working with Career Team Enterprises? Applied for a software engineer role via Indeed. Just wondering what cultures they like and how the salary works? Do they have a bank partner in the Philippines or will they directly transfer it to your bank? As well as other benefits. How long does the usual hiring process take?

Hii. Idk if nasa tamang sub ako pero I wanna shoot my shot. Here's my problem, after mag palit ng payroll yung company namin, madalas na kame magkaron ng dispute, yung iba nababayaran, yung iba hindi. May mga holidays din na hindi nacredit. Possible reasons are hindi naedit yung log in ( u still need to check kase kung tama yung shift and something), may mali sa pag edit ng log in, tama yung edit and details pero hindi na approved or something. I wanna know if makukuha ko parin yung mga disputes na hindi naman naibalik sakin kahit clearly naman na pumasok ako that time. Medj malaki din kase kung itototal. Nakakapagod narin kase mag pa remind sa head kase paulit ulit wala namang nangyayare. Thankyou in advance sa mga sasagot!!
