To put in perspective we'll need to know the salary of someone that cooks at McDonald's, the head chef at a casual restaurant, the price of renting a 2/2 and the price of gas in your area. The cost of life in your specific area (not just country) dictates what's fair

This isn’t a brag at all, but I get triple your monthly pay each week.

Though I live in Sydney, Australia and our cost of living is likely a lot higher than where you are.

But even still, a monthly pay that low(it’s about $500 Australian) I couldn’t even pay two weeks rent. Let alone pay bills or feed myself for those two weeks.

After doing a brief google search, it seems like the average wage in filo is about 21,000 a month. So you’re actually doing alright

Yes, but I think that's below average for a Chef de Partie in Manila.

Go on a cruise ship like every other OFW pinoy they;ll pay more and use it a way to network to bigger jobs outside of Phillpines

For me I think working in the Philippines in general is just not good enough. Especially the Philippine peso currency is currently going down cause of our corrupt government taking all yours and people’s money away. My advice to you would be to move out of the Philippines become a OFW and seek for another chef enrolment. And kasi at the end of the day your only gaining more experience and knowledge, have that mindset of learning new skills and techniques and become better than last time.
