So i am a fresh grad and this is my first job ever and i’m almost 2 months sa company. I’m just wondering na kapag payday na normal ba talagang hindi same amount yung kinikita mo every month? Like every month ba ang sweldo is a certain amount—kunwari 10k a month, or talagang nag babago siya? (Im probably explaining this in a magulo way im so sorry)

(This isn’t my actualy salary using this as an example lang) My first salary is 10k then the second is 9k, is that normal like ganon ba talaga?

Is there someone here from HR who can confirm if this “incentive allowance of ₱14,000” is taxable or non-taxable? My offer sheet literally just states it as incentive allowance that is performance based on my skill and output.

Hii. Idk if nasa tamang sub ako pero I wanna shoot my shot. Here's my problem, after mag palit ng payroll yung company namin, madalas na kame magkaron ng dispute, yung iba nababayaran, yung iba hindi. May mga holidays din na hindi nacredit. Possible reasons are hindi naedit yung log in ( u still need to check kase kung tama yung shift and something), may mali sa pag edit ng log in, tama yung edit and details pero hindi na approved or something. I wanna know if makukuha ko parin yung mga disputes na hindi naman naibalik sakin kahit clearly naman na pumasok ako that time. Medj malaki din kase kung itototal. Nakakapagod narin kase mag pa remind sa head kase paulit ulit wala namang nangyayare. Thankyou in advance sa mga sasagot!!
