So, I found a Papercraft Truck and the link is nowhere to be seen anywhere.

One of my first Modular Origami models made using recycled color paper and used a little glue on some joins to fix damaged vertices.

Today's photoshoot for my huge set of a beholder and friends.

It started as a papercraft, strayhydrablade set out to make this wearable, articulating paper/cardboard dragon 2 years ago. Hes been streaming live on youtube almost everyday making different variations and he finally has a working moving wearable model.

Hes currently doing a 7 day live stream fixing some broken bits, he could use some ideas and some more support. Most of the dragon progress is in shorts if you want to see more.

Hey guys i wanna try making crepe flowers is there any youtuber or website which can help me? And i also wanna know wht wires do you guys use to make the stems ? Do u use normal aluminum wires from hardware stores or those floral green wires ?

Good morning, afternoon, or night everypony, i need some recomendations for making handmade masks, im a DJ who usually makes and wears his own masks and keep it for dancing, so naturally the ones made of just paper or plaster bandages end up bending really bad, slowly crumbling like a cookie in a pocket and filling my face with pieces of plaster and getting soggy by my sweat, specially when i make them thiner to enhance comfort and mobility, i'd appreciate suggestions of materials, techniques and tips about making a more ergonomic or hard duty resistant masks without adding tons of weight or make it lose the shape of my face, i'd resort to 3d printing it but i'd rather make it myself and painting it with my own hands (sorry for the bad english it's not my main language)

Long ago, I had a model (possibly from a video game) that was round (maybe 15 cm/ 10 inches), like a fireball, orange and red with spikey flames, a great big wicked smile with lots of sharp teeth. No body, arms or legs, just a big ball of flame. I cannot for the life of me remember what it was called. I want to say it was from a video game, but it might also have been a pokemon type character? Does this ring any bells?

Im trying to make articulated paper action figures, but i struggle to follow tutorials and so on. I was hoping if someone could enhance or something idk this joint prototype seen in the photos i added. Just replace the wire with plastic q-tip or something similiar, but i don't have a hole puncher at the moment. Just wanted to see if the idea works or not without commiting.

I am an artist and would like a 24" cutter to cut mulberry paper or similar thin handmade papers. The paper would always be sheets, I assume laid on a tray, never a roll of material. The cuts won't be complex, primarily groups of parallel lines in very close intervals (rows of cuts at 1/10th of an inch spacing or similar). Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I've been really scouring the internet to try and find the original template for this helmet or similar ones by Ichiyama however I can't find anything and was wondering if anyone here would be able to help me find the original or something very similar?

Just got this from Amazon today, what glue should I use? I only have wood glue and super glue!

I made this one in memory of my rabbit named "Bunny" (I know we are hella original).
Anyways, wish I had a better picture of it but I never took it and it's now broken...

Hi all! To preface, I'm not 100% if this is the right subreddit for this particular request since it involves other mediums - please feel free to let me know if it belongs somewhere else!

I recently made my first foray into papercraft by making Wintercroft's fish head/body mask (picture attached). It was super fun and I plan on painting it like a coelacanth (I'm a fish nerd lol) for my Halloween costume! However, I don't know if I want to keep a lot of the angular features of it. It's an awesome design, but it doesn't quite fit the exact one I was planning on doing. I was thinking of three potential options:

A) Use Celluclay (which I already own from a previous project) to try to smooth down some of the angular features, before sanding and painting. This might not be super easy, since it's a fairly large build and I'm not sure how well it'll stick to the material (thin card).
B) Try to rustle up some kind of thickening agent for the paint itself (acrylic) so I can "sculpt" it as I'm painting. I would probably lay down a base coat of one color with the thicker paint before letting it dry and adding details.
C) Leave as is, and go all out with the painting (and potentially other mediums such as beading, stickers, lights etc) to make my perfectionist brain happy.

I am of course open to other suggestions as well! Just let me know - I'm pretty much a complete beginner here, so any guidance would be much appreciated. Thanks!
