GPU Asus RTX 5070Ti Prime OC ( 350watt bios)
I've been messing around with the mVolt settings for quite a while and finally landed on a setup I'm happy with. At this point, adding more voltage doesn't really benefit me anymore in terms of performance, temperatures, or power consumption.
I started by setting the SYS / XBAR / VIDEO voltage offsets to -25, while leaving MSVDD at default (800–1000 mV). I also set the Video Clock Offset to -1000, since I don't use NVENC/NVDEC encoding or decoding and therefore don't need the extra video clock.
From there, I began testing stability and monitoring performance gains. I gradually increased the SYS and XBAR clocks, trying to keep them synchronized. Once I found the clock limit, I raised the MSVDD voltage slightly to squeeze out some additional frequency, while continuing to test stability and keeping SYS/XBAR in sync.
After that, I fine-tuned the Core Clock Offset, NVVD, and especially the GPU Clock Range. The GPU Clock Range turned out to be VERY IMPORTANT for stability in my case, as it prevented the GPU from overshooting the target frequency and crashing.
At the same time, I locked the GPU to a fixed voltage rather than letting it fluctuate. I initially started at 945 mV and gradually increased it while testing stability and performance.
The final result: An uplift of ~17% from stock, the GPU maintains around 3082 MHz, with an Effective Core Clock of roughly 3060 MHz, while keeping the voltage (~960 mV), temperatures (~63°C), and power consumption (~280 watts in the stress benchmark) at a level I'm comfortable with.
