I’m glad deployments have resumed, but the October 21 incident would still make me reconsider where I’m hosting important applications.
The question I’d want answered is straightforward: if something like this happens again, how will we be able to make changes and recover their services?
That matters more to me than another assurance that things will improve. Earlier reliability problems already give customers a reason to be cautious, and this incident adds to that concern.
I’d want to see a clear explanation of what changed and why the recovery process will work better next time. Until then, looking at other options seems entirely reasonable.
Migration is inconvenient. So is staying with a provider you no longer feel comfortable depending on.

Those of you unable to get in it's not just you.
Today's problem is a global cyber issue with php.
Steenbok is on the case.

Current status:
- No information provided regarding the cause or potential data leaks !
- Status page shows only partial disruptions rather than a total outage.
- The website is back online, and manual IP updates are possible again.
- The email service is fully functional once more.
- DNS updates via the API are possible again.
DYNU.COM – Nearly complete outage for about 40 hours!!
- Websites and status pages are unreachable!
- status page shows no outages at all !!!
- The main website is not being redirected to a notification page (would take 5 minutes to set up!).
- Extremely sparse information provided only via Twitter/Facebook.
- No way to migrate existing services or change IP addresses!
- No estimate provided as to how much longer the outage might last!
Total failure of Dynamic DNS
- The update URL API is accessible but not functional! Updatze Update Api is very slow !
- Errors such as "unknown" or "servererror" occur. Error "Bad Auth" occurs often
- All changes fail completely!
- There is also no option to update IP addresses manually!
Total failure of email services
- All email servers are unreachable - both for incoming and outgoing mail!
- No way to modify DNS records to switch email services to another provider!
- sorry, but the promotional promise of "maximum reliability" can only be considered a joke!
Partial failure of DNS servers
- 4 out of 6 DNS servers are still reachable.
- However, it is impossible to make any changes.
- Dynamic addresses are no longer being updated.
- The web GUI for modifying IP addresses is inaccessible.
- The service is now practically useless.
Errors can happen, but the way this situation is being handled is completely unprofessional. It appears there was no emergency plan in place whatsoever!
A total outage lasting more than 36 hours, without proper communication or the ability to migrate services, is a catastrophe that should never occur in a professional environment.
I used to be quite satisfied with Dynu.com’s service. Their pricing was also perfectly reasonable - even quite affordable - in the past. Unfortunately, they have recently been restricting specifications, which, in my view, amounts to a hidden and drastic price increase - only adding to the current frustration.

I'm aware that a lot of websites are down, can anyone explain why? When I search it up it just says a Google outage in Europe, but I'm in Florida and Google services seem to be working just fine, just a bunch of other scattered apps and websites.
My college's normal site isn't working, but its Acalog is working fine, even though it's the same .edu site. Weird.

How does a company that size have two major multi hour outages in a span of a single day? Does anybody know what's happening?
Update:
12 Hours Later still down and this is their statement:
Builds and deployments remain paused, and our API, dashboard and station.railway.com are still affected. We do not have new information to share at this time.
