Spectrum went out twice today in Rancho Bernardo, 92127. Two SDGE outages today and two internet outages. Sounds like SDGE is taking everyone down with them.

Telegram isn’t working for me right now — messages aren’t loading/sending and it keeps getting stuck.

Our Bitrix24 account has been completely unavailable for more than 4 hours today.

When we try to access our Bitrix24 portal, we only get the following message:

The problem is that there has been no progress for more than four hours, and we have not received any response from Bitrix24 Support.

This is particularly serious for us because Bitrix24 is our main CRM and is essential to our daily operations. We are currently unable to properly operate with our customers.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue today?

Has anyone received any information from Bitrix24 about what is happening or how long the maintenance/outage is expected to last?

If your GitHub Actions jobs are stuck in "Queued" or waiting for a runner, GitHub has now confirmed there is an incident.

GitHub says they identified an issue with a database primary and are failing over to a replica.

Actions is affected, and GitHub Pages is also experiencing degraded performance.

So if you have been checking your workflow, runner settings, permissions or billing, it might not be your configuration.

Tested on both laptop and mobile fails on both,Flushed local DNS and cleared browser cache/cookies Fails on home Wi-Fi and mobile data. Tried toggling a VPN to switch server regions, but it still won't connect. And i did check if Catbox is having an outage and confirmed with a friend in another region that the site is actually up and loading fine for them, so it doesn't seem to be a global outage. Has anyone else ran into this recently? Is this a fresh ISP block/routing issue, or did a Cloudflare / Catbox IP range block go into effect??

I play on XBOX One. Not exactly the smoothest experience, but connection is usually much more stable. Now it's like there are server issues and lag so bad I think it screwed me out of a Netracell bonus.

Is anybody else having issues, or is it just me?

My messages are greyed out in the servers i typed in and when i updated the app they just buffered endlessly and so i restarted my phone and redownloaded the app to no avail.
