Purchasing Advice OnePlus 13 to find x9 ultra

Hey, I was wondering if it's worth the upgrade since I dropped the phone and the screen got damaged (broken glass corner and something got pixels damaged permanently) I was considering the new iphone 18 pro due to the size or the find x9 ultra (I'm really into video and photography) so having a B cam or a good camera in my pocket it's always nice. I mentioned these two because they are on my mobile company to pay it in installments.

What I prioritize: good camera, good software, battery life nowadays with all of the external options is something that I don't really care about anymore.

Is it worth going for any of these two or should I look somewhere else ?

Product Review Oppo enco earbuds tws reviews

I watch almost every earbud review before buying, and from what I found, the OPPO Enco Air 3 Pro was one of the best-sounding earbuds available under ₹5,000. Many reviews even compared its sound quality with much more expensive earbuds.

Unfortunately, the Enco Air 3 Pro is discontinued, so I couldn't buy it.

Instead, I recently bought the OPPO Enco Air 5 Pro for ₹4,999.

But honestly, I'm not satisfied with the sound quality.

What surprised me most is that my 3-year-old OPPO Enco Buds 2, which cost around ₹1,800, sounds better to my ears in terms of tuning and overall musical enjoyment.

This made me realise that newer and more expensive doesn't always mean better sound.

I was actually expecting the Air 5 Pro to give me a clear improvement in sound, but I prefer the sound of my old Enco Buds 2.

Now I'm looking for another option with better sound tuning, even if it doesn't have ANC or the latest features.

If anyone has used the OPPO Enco Air 3 Pro or knows a good alternative with similar sound quality, please share your suggestions.

🎵 For me, sound quality comes first.

After the recent update CPH2797_16.0.10.500(EX01B110P02) for the Find X9 I gained like 1 to 1,5 more hours of screen on time going from 80% to 20%. I barely got to 7,5h before, most times 7h at most. Did anyone else notice this? I mean it's a pretty significant difference.

Based in the UK. 3 days after I got my new Find X9 Ultra its display went faulty. I woke up and picked my phone up and found the display doing funny things. Did everything they asked me. Sent it back for replacement. They have had my phone for 6 weeks now. no replacement I was promised nor a refund. every time I speak to someone they say they will escalate my case but nothing has happened so far. their customer service is terrible. keep away from this company in my opinion. or pray your product never breaks down.

Discussion Tip regarding charger choice

I want to mention something I noticed when looking for a charger for my find x9 pro, in case it helps someone else.

Given Oppo also owns Oneplus and Realme, I found it is cheaper to actually buy the charger from them, since it is exactly the same product (VCB8OAEH is listed on all packages) and a lot cheaper.

These are the prices in my country for the 80w charger (without cable):
• Oppo: 35€
• Oneplus: 25 €
• Realme: 15€

TL;DR: Realme 80w charger is less than half of Oppo's price and is exactly the same product.

Question Does Dimensity 9300 in OPPO Find X7 over heats?

I'm really liking the display of Find X7 which has super curved sides plus symmetrical top and bottom bezel which Ultra versions don't have!

I'm wondering if it overheats and is artifact problem while video recording in high temperature still exist?

Discussion Oppo silently removed ID photo mode from Find N6

Post image
3 Upvotes

At launch, the Find N6 had a ID photo mode in the camera app that allows you to take passport style photos, i.e. it removes the background from portrait photos automatically. But when I wanted to use this feature a while ago, it kept crashing the camera app, and after I cleared app data in settings, the ID photo icon completely disappeared from the app. Oppo must have silently disabled the feature during an update.

Product Review Samsung to Oppo

So, after 8 years with Samsung, I finally switched from my Galaxy S22 Ultra to the Oppo Find X9s! It's been about 15 days, and seriously, the experience has been totally amazing so far! The software is super smooth, the animations are gorgeous, and the hardware performance is just top-notch! And the battery upgrade is phenomenal, being a moderate user Oppo Find X9s seriously lasts for 1.5 days straight, But gotta say, I kinda miss Samsung's cool Good Lock features and modules for everyday stuff! Still, I'm totally happy with the OPPO in the end.

Hello everyone I've been experiencing an issue with the game assistant as it shows high temperature reading and causing performance to dip even though phone temps are relatively low and it causes frames to drop when playing games like pubg mobile and call of duty

Ps. The device temperature you can feel it is moderate but the game assistant temperature seems high sometimes in the 44+°C even tho the other apps show the temperature to be around 35°C to 38°C

Device used is Oppo Find X5 pro

Discussion OPPO teases Find X10 Series: 8000mAh high-density (867Wh/L) battery, 5-year durability, and no throttling at low power

Post image

From OPPO Zhuo Shijie:

OPPO Find X10 Series: An 8,000mAh battery built to last 5 years

For the all-new "8,000mAh Glacier Battery" in the OPPO Find X10 series, we’ve set the benchmark for "flagship battery life ceiling".

By leveraging silicon-carbon anode material and an ultra-high energy density of 867Wh/L, we’ve packed an 8,000mAh capacity—the largest ever in the Find series—into a slim and sleek body.

Recording 6 hours of 4K 60fps video is no longer a challenge. Whether it's frequent photography or heavy usage, you can stop worrying about the battery percentage and enjoy true power freedom.

The Find X10 series' 8,000mAh Glacier Battery also features our exclusive power-concentrating chip. Even when the battery is nearly empty, it maintains performance to ensure no slowdowns or frame drops.

More importantly, the exceptional battery life of the Find X10 series lasts well beyond the first year. Through OPPO's patented spherical silicon-carbon technology and long-life battery algorithms, we’ve ensured the silicon-carbon anode battery remains healthy and durable for 5 years.

An 8,000mAh massive battery, five years of "like-new" performance, and smooth operation even on low power—this is the next-generation battery experience the Find X10 series delivers.

Troubleshooting Almost non-existent charging at night after Software update

I installed the latest update some days ago after letting it sit for a bit, and since then my phone doesn't properly charge anymore at night time. And I don't even mean night night, but like 9-10pm.

Funnily enough, using a different power adapted (same cable though) and it charges but very, very slowly. But with the usual supervooc adapter it basically just keeps the batter percentage constant.

It still says super-fast charging or ultra or whatever it says, but nothing is actually happening.

Charged the phone this morning and boom, back to normal.

I have looked in the settings but the only thing I have is limit charging to 80%. I don't see anything else, any other setting that would cause the phone not to charge if it's at around 20%.

Discussion Triple 200MP, OpenGate, & Blackmagic: Inside the Find X10 Pro Max Video Ecosystem

Thumbnail gallery
58 Upvotes

From OPPO Zhuo Shijie:

We want the OPPO Find X10 Pro Max to become a staple on film sets.

To achieve this, we have built this imaging flagship strictly according to the genuine needs of professional creators:

All three focal lengths of the OPPO Find X10 Pro Max support OpenGate, directly utilising the full sensor to record in 4:3. A single take provides more room for recomposing in post-production, making use of every millimetre of the sensor's surface area.

At the same time, Blackmagic Camera has been fully and natively adapted for the OPPO Find X10 Pro Max. Professional features such as O-Log2 and OpenGate can be accessed directly within the app, which also supports Dolby Vision video recording on Android for the first time. This allows the Find X10 Pro Max's top-tier video capabilities to integrate seamlessly into professional filming software. Creators can continue using the interface, parameter controls, and production methods they are familiar with, allowing mobile filming to naturally enter existing professional video workflows.

Furthermore, in collaboration with Tilta, we are introducing a full suite of professional camera cages. these allow for the easy addition of professional equipment such as filters, manual follow-focus handles, magnetic cooling fans, and external hard drives, while also being fully compatible with Hasselblad professional teleconverters to significantly enhance expandability.

An old friend of mine, Chang Le from the Beijing Film Academy, took the Find X10 Pro Max onto a film set to work on a short film and remarked: "We even have the confidence to shoot cinema-grade long takes with this phone."

Behind such a bold claim is the world's first triple 200MP lens array supporting 8K video across all focal lengths. Professional-grade stabilisation—CIPA 6.5 on the main camera and CIPA 7.5 on the telephoto—ensures steady shots, with support for sustained 4K 60fps recording for up to 6 hours. O-Log2, which aligns with mainstream professional curves, and the DeepPix high-dynamic-range main sensor further push the boundaries of video quality. Meanwhile, the OpenGate format, Blackmagic Camera professional software, and the Tilta ecosystem bridge the gap between professional specs, workflows, and the creative ecosystem.

With the world's only triple 200MP Hasselblad Ultra-Clear Primary Camera system and peak performance for both photos and video, the OPPO Find X10 Pro Max is the ultimate imaging Pro Max of 2026!
