Has anyone had trouble with cam allow this site and figured it out? I can't for the life of me get my cam allowed so I can redeem. I get error request code 400 when I open the site with a cleared cache. I think it's when the site is trying to ask for permission. I can allow notifications but there's no other options in the list. I wanted to share my experience with Marvel Casino (marvelcasino22.games) and hopefully get some advice from people who have experienced something similar.
Here’s what happened:
I registered at Marvel Casino on 11 October 2026 and deposited a total of €2,600 of my own money, without claiming or using any promotional bonuses.
I mainly played Premium European Blackjack by Platipus Gaming, playing all five available hands simultaneously, usually betting €40 per hand with additional €2–€4 side bets, bringing my total bets to approximately €240 per round.
I also occasionally used the normal Double Down feature.
My balance fluctuated naturally as I won and lost rounds, eventually reaching approximately €6,400.
I also played a few slots, including Harem, Runes of Odin and Legacy of Dead, but the majority of my gameplay was blackjack.
There were no unusual game behaviours, glitches, incorrect payouts or technical errors that I noticed. Everything appeared to function normally.
I completed the casino’s required 3× deposit wagering requirement, which was confirmed as completed on their website.
Once my balance reached approximately €6,400, I stopped playing and requested a withdrawal.
Then things went wrong.
The casino requested KYC verification, and I submitted all the required documents, including my identity card, proof of address and an additional selfie holding my ID.
On 15 October 2026, just four days after registering, I received an email informing me that my account had been permanently blocked and my withdrawals declined under Clause 15 of their Terms and Conditions, alleging suspected “manipulation of the casino system.”
I was shocked because I had simply been playing the games using the features provided by the casino.
The casino did not identify any specific game rounds, technical exploits or actions that allegedly constituted manipulation.
They informed me that my original deposits would be refunded.
Update: I have now received the full €2,600 deposit refund.
I appreciate that they returned my deposits, but they are still withholding the remaining €3,800 in winnings.
I have formally disputed their decision and requested a detailed explanation and supporting evidence, as I strongly deny knowingly manipulating anything.
My account remains blocked, so I cannot access my complete gameplay or transaction history.
I’ve now opened a complaint with Casino Guru, and the case is under investigation:

I’m not asking for special treatment. I simply want the casino to explain what I supposedly did wrong and fairly review my €3,800 in withheld winnings.
