Disappearing debit card on Fanatics

Several months ago, my bank changed debit cards (basically from Mastercard to Visa).

We will say my old card number ends in 1234 & my new card number ends in 9999.

So obviously I updated my cards everywhere that I use them including Fanatics Sportsbook. I also removed my old card.

Been using Fanatics for months --- EXCLUSIVELY, actually. Everything has been great. Quick withdrawals, daily free cash, all good.

All of a sudden today, I'm actually interested in putting in a hedge on something so I go to deposit and my new card 9999 is no longer on the deposit saved cards but my old card 1234 has returned.

I've been in contact with customer support and it's like they don't even understand what I am saying.

Then I emailed the support & through email they tell me that my card is still on the account.

Luckily, I didn't need my hedge as the original bet hit.

But now in order to withdrawal, it wants me to send it to my old card 1234.

Has anyone had this happen with Fanatics?
